The place is clean. The food was terrible. We had a rueben, meat was clearly just a frozen product, bread was cold. The meat was super chewy and the rest of the sandwich was straight from a can. We had a burger. Again, a frozen product. It was burnt and had the taste of a dirty grill. I did ask about the fish sandwich being hand breaded, i was informed it was a frozen product as well. Really disappointing. We had water, no refills. We were one of 2 tables eating. Im never clear why it costs 16 dollars for a burger or sandwich that was just a frozen product. Really cool place inside, but one of the worst meals I've had in awhile.

We ordered through Door Dash to pick up. The food was very fresh and almost too hot when we sat down to eat. Mostly sandwiches and burgers but done well. I didn't really care for the crinkle fries. We had done takeout from there the last time we visited and the fries we had that time (they were more like a beer battered fry I think) were really good so I was disappointed with that but otherwise really good. I would order again but maybe eat there because it looked nice.

The food was good; and I’d probably come again but I would leave immediately if I saw what I saw today (tour bus group).
The service was utterly abysmal.
When I came in it was clear there was a very large group but it looked like they had preordered and their food was coming out on large carts so I assumed the restaurant had it under control. It’s lunchtime on a weekday and my server made no mention of the kitchen being backed up etc. I waited over an hour for a salad without the server checking in a single time for a refill or other items. I was the last person served in my entire side of the restaurant despite NOT being the last one seated.
When I asked the server how much longer it’d be after waiting 45 mins, it was because a different server had come to take my order as though she had no idea I’d ordered 45 mins ago. The original server came back and verified my order (incorrectly) and then she said the kitchen was very backed up and offered to cancel my order. No offer of anything else.
When I got my food it was indeed very good and well plated. Even though it took over an hour the server had my bill brought to me before I’d finished half of it. And again, no apologies. No offer of anything at all, no discount, no dessert or coffee to go. Just nothing.

I can’t comment about the food at this restaurant, but they were extremely rude and ‘disrespectful’ today. We were in town for the round up where they have Main street completely blocked off with multiple food trucks. We ordered food from the food truck directly in front of the restaurant and assumed that the tables that were pushed completely out onto the sidewalk towards the street part of the seating for Food trucks and the round up festivities as there were people eating at the tables with food from the food truck. We sat down and were eating our food and I’m assuming the owner or manager came out and proceeded to tell us how ‘ ‘ ‘disrespectful’ we were. I have no issue with someone letting us know that the seating was for restaurant customers, and we would’ve happily left, but to be called ‘disrespectful’ when we truly made an honest mistake was just out of proportion to the situation. I told her that I didn’t think it was fair to call us disrespectful when it was an honest mistake and we would gladly move and she argued with me that ‘yes we were being disrespectful’. I will never go to this restaurant and will tell everybody I know to avoid it - What a poor representation of Pendleton Round up Hospitality!I’m posting a review to let others know. Apparently, she was butt hurt that people are buying food from food trucks instead of their restaurant and took this very personal! Get a life. As you can see, it wasn’t like people were waiting for tables and also you can see from the picture how one could’ve mistaken the tables being open tor food trucks instead customers.

Fantastic restaurant, Gluten-free options. I have eaten lunch here twice and plan ongoing back one more time before I leave town. They are so knowledgeable and understanding then it came to ordering Gluten-free and the taste and presentation of the food was incredible.
