Teenager at counter, said they can't cook a burger well done. They were completely out of chicken strips and not pleasant at counter, staff all teens just joking arou. Not good visit.

The employees were committed to their work, service and presentation. This is the first time I've ever left a review for fast food. But I'll say that I've never had a burger come out of the box that looked better than the picture when I ordered it. And that NEVER happens in real life. Outstanding service, excellent work ethic and absolutely amazing care for the work and product they are providing.

Took the grandkids in for lunch. They had hot dog and I had flame broiled hamburger with fries. The hotdogs buns were hard. And my burger was cold and bacon wasn’t done. Now we went in at 11:20 am and received our order in 5 minutes or less. I believe theburger was from day before. Totally disappointing,

I don't understand these 1 and 2 star reviews. The staff works at a breakneck pace and still remains friendly and professional. We mostly get blizzards but also get the dairy free Dilly bar (thank you Dairy Queen). Their fish sandwich is also excellent.

Our last trip in was through the drive thru and it was late night so we really can't comment on the service and atmosphere properly, but we eat here often.
What a dump. How are they open? Extremely filthy. So many people on shift none of them cleaning. Garbages over full. filthy floors. No clean window to be found. I would be embarrassed to own this place. Not to mention they all walked around with noses in the air when I'm standing at the counter. in a fairly empty store. Not like they were busy.

Ya went there yesterday July 16th through the drive thru and order 3 blizzards, peanut parfait and a dipped cone and got the blizzards and they were soup! We had to wait 20 minutes for just ice cream. The blizzards were a joke!!! I truly don't know how this place stays in business! Is the owners ever there. So dissatisfied!!!!

The wife and I each had a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink. The wife didn't want onions and pickles and I did. Order came out right. Food and service were great. The only complaint is the restrooms are nasty dirty. Need some major cleaning or just need to be redone.
