Why can’t I just pay for an extra cup? A cup of ice? A tiny cup of simple syrup enough to sweeten my cappuccino which they forgot to add? Are you all experiencing bankruptcy from sharing too many extra cups? Can’t you charge five or ten cents for the cups? Dutch Bros and Starbucks are a million times more caring and human than this place.

Super nice people as always. Haven’t been to this location in a hot minute but other than my order being wrong and it being the sweetest most undrinkable coffee I’ve had in years here (I asked for a quarter sweet - less than half scoop of the flavor like I always do)… everything else was good.
I’m sure if I weren’t a few blocks away when I tried my drink and threw it away that they would have remade it for me (if I were still there at the drive-thru). I’ve been ordering the same thing for so long, I just don’t assume I need to try it before driving away… but after spending money on a coffee - plus tip - only to throw it away well… lesson learned.
Mistakes happen and people get overwhelmed when things are busy, but I mention this because I repeated the order twice to make sure they got it AND was the only customer there at the time I stopped by.
I hate wasting food/beverages AND money. Otherwise this would be 5 stars. They meant well, but I had to throw it away.

Best breakfast sandwiches and Cowboy Cold Brew. Staff is always friendly and fast. Drive thru is efficient. Stores are clean and well maintained. This is my go to coffee place.

My first stop every time I come to visit my daughter on the west coast. I go every morning that I'm visiting and miss it when I return to the Midwest. I've never had a bad drink and the breakfast sandwich is always delicious! Best chocolate covered espresso beans I've had in my travels. Thank you for the awesome service every time I'm there! This is a friendly establishment that gives you an awesome drive-thru experience. Every location is an impeccably landscaped oasis and the drinks are not just giant sugar bombs. For those of us on keto, they have an excellent low-carb smoothie.

We always try to stop by Philomoth's Human Bean on our way home to Seal Rock...the crew workers are the friendliest and most helpful... they figure out my Human Bean app for me... the coffee is so delicious, the little chocolate coffee bean they place on top cover is a treat, and putting a straw in cup helps make it so easy to drink from, especially for the driver. We always look for The Human Bean for our coffee wherever we go....hugsx12 Pattea
