I have spoken to the staff multiple times there is only 1-3 options on the menu that are actually vegan and their dishes are pre seasoned so asking them to leave out tue fish sauce is not an option. Its good enough to eat at but i dont frequent here.

Love this place the outdoor sitting was great. The only thing I would have to say is if wanting to sit inside just a little to noisy with the music other than that the food and staff were great. Will for sure be returning and would recommend for sure.

My husband and I met in Bangkok and lived all over Thailand for the space of two years. We’ve also lived in Oregon for several years: in Portland, Eugene, and now Grants Pass. Charm Thai is some the most delicious and authentic Thai we have had in Oregon. I lived off of street food in Thailand and some of the dishes (moo daed diaw ?) take me right back! Plus, as the name suggests, the staff and the atmosphere are charming. The service has always been great and they are always willing to cook a little something off menu when we ask. Love, love, LOVE this place! อร่อยมาก?

Dietary restrictions: So many gluten free options!

Kid-friendliness: They have indoor and outdoor seating and even have a little waiting area with books and games for kids

We just returned from a trip to Thailand and loved the food. We were visiting Medford and a friend recommended this restaurant. It is very, very good!!! We tried the pot stickers, masamam curry, stir fry, and pad Thai. Everything was fantastic!! We highly recommend!!

Delicious properly made Thai food! These dishes would be a 10/10 for me in Thailand, as well as here in the USA! Big portions, usually lasts me for 2 meals! Kind friendly staff. Sometimes the wait for food is a bit longer, but that is because each dish is made with love and intention, good things take time!! Lots of vegetarian options, probably vegan as well, though I haven’t tried any.

Tried Charm Thai Kitchen for the first time last night! We were 3 lifelong friends catching up after a few years without seeing each other so we decided to feast as the entire menu looked fantastic. We ordered 2 appetizers and 5 entrees to try a little bit of everything!

For appetizers we had the vegetable roll with the plum sauce (the plum sauce reminded me of sweet and sour sauce and it was delicious!) and the spicy tots with ketchup. The tots were exactly what it sounded like, tater tots with some seasoning (which really wasn’t that spicy, and ketchup on the side) they were enjoyed by us all including the 3 year old with us (tots are always a good idea!)

For entrees we had the yellow curry which was so flavorful! I loved that they added bok choy and other fresh veggies. Very clear that they use fresh veggies and not frozen stuff like many places use. Next we ordered the pineapple fried rice that was loaded with flavor, lots of big pineapple chunks, and tons of veggies! We ordered two noodle dishes that were both fantastic but I forget the names. They were larger noodles and so tasty! The last entree we got was the ‘Pad green bean’ and I think we all decided that was our favorite!

Not only was everything delicious but they were all so uniquely flavorful so that every dish was enjoyed separately. No regrets ordering so much food as we will have yummy leftovers for a few days!

Couple of notes: we ordered everything as a level ‘1’ spicy (they have a scale of 1-3) and two out of the three of us thought that was definitely spicy enough. I personally can tolerate a medium spice and thought the 1 was perfect, I don’t think I could handle a ‘2’.

Secondly, I am vegetarian and we ordered 4 out of our 5 dishes to be made vegetarian. It was so extremely easy to order here and both of my meat eating friends said the dishes were so flavorful they didn’t even notice there was no meat.

Overall we had the most wonderful experience and I will definitely be back to try more menu items!

Had the popular Yellow Curry with chicken (selected the not too spicey )and comes with a side of rice. It was a healthy portion, deep flavors and the aroma was delightful. Had the Singha Larger Beer was a perfect beverage to the food. Can't wait and try other menu items ! Will send friends to this place !

Ordered dinner for 3 people, it was delicious and especially enjoyed the coconut chicken soup. A bit pricey but we all had plenty to eat the next night. With tip my bill was over $125. May I suggest that when someone spends that amt, perhaps don't charge them $4.50 for lemonade filled with ice while they wait for their order.
