Went on Sunday around 3:30pm-ish, hours say open 12p-9p however they are closed. Tried to give them a call but it automatically goes to voicemail and it’s full. Came all the way from Canada because a lot of PDX foodies were raving about this place ..

The workers there was very nice, she also did great at rolling the ice cream. i never had rolled ice cream before until found here and i’m so happy i got to go there with my friend and try it for the first time. I got the pretty pink flavor and my friend got the new york style!
We ordered a Chocolate and a Cheesecake Strawberry Rolled Ice cream and I loved the taste. I topped it with Pretzels to make it a bit crunchy. The order can take some time since there are only two people managing everything but 5 stars for the taste.
22 Below is still the best rolled ice cream place I've gone to in the last couple of years. I wish I had more reason to go into Portland so I could use it as an excuse to go here more
I ordered 22 Below through DoorDash and was very impressed! The flavors were delicious and I am craving them all the time now. The options when ordering online is a bit overwhelming so I can only imagine what it's like there 😂 oreo rolls and fruity pebbles rolls are delicious! I would highly recommend both!

For rush walk in on a Friday night the place was pretty chill ( ꈍᴗꈍ) The rolled lavender honey stuff was yummy and my date loved their Oreo boba. Clean and well lit.
