This place was incredible last summer (2023) and I have been back 4 times since August and each time I have left feeling like I wasted my money. I tried to give it several chances in hopes that it was just a bad day or bad product but each time I’m left with drinks that taste weird, have dried up boba or even chunks of the powder in the drink. I think my drink from there last night was the last night I will go waste my time or money on their product.

I placed 3 orders through the app but they canceled 2 of them and refused to make them when I arrived. I reordered the 2 that they canceled. they made one, and canceled the other without telling me. I waited long enough so i came and asked for the remaining order. they said they closed so they canceled my last order. Never come back. the 2 employees has worst customer service & attitude
My daughter works there Abby and she did an amazing job helping us and giving us what we asked for.and it tasted great and we got it in a timely manner well done guys.

I ordered 22 Below through DoorDash and was very impressed! The flavors were delicious and I am craving them all the time now. The options when ordering online is a bit overwhelming so I can only imagine what it's like there ? oreo rolls and fruity pebbles rolls are delicious! I would highly recommend both!

If you like the taste of Blue Bunny ice cream that's been sitting half finished in the freezer for the last year, this is the place for you. I genuinely wish I had not spent $10 here. I tipped because the employees did nothing wrong and service was quick, but seriously, their are hundreds of better places to get ice cream in the PDX. The McFlurry you can get across the street is half the price, and at least you know the type of bad it is.

I ordered an ice tea and a shave ice. The ice tea tasted sort of bitter and soapy, and after looking at the bottom of my cup I noticed that there was tea loose in the bottom of the cup...I waited for about 10 mins while they were preparing the shave ice only to learn that the machine was actually broken. Based on talking with the cashier, it sounds like it's been a chronic issue with the shave ice machine, so I kind of wish that they'd told me after just a minute of waiting instead of having to wait so long... They did give me a refund though.This place honestly hasn't felt the same since they left the location on Jefferson... the service and food used to be so good!

Ice cream on a hot day. Closest place for some rolled ice cream near the NW district. What's nice is the ice cream toppings aren't additional charge, but it is limited.I ordered the New York style and added coconut shaving and chocolate syrup on top. Can't complain on a hot day.

Horrible experience, not one to leave reviews but took half an hour to get 1 little bowl of fries, that ended up being hard, burned and nasty, not worth your time. definitely recommend finding something else to eat or drink.

The ice cream is great don't get it wrong, but don't expect it to be quick. The ice cream is very slow to make just based on the process. I wonder how long it will be here. In the time we at our ice cream they sent away half a dozen people because they told them it was a 25 minute wait.If more than 4 cups of ice cream are ordered it's a 10 minute wait.On top of that, the interior decor is a little off and I'm not sure what they're going for.

The boba tea here is honestly terrible. Two years ago it was better. Unsure new staff or changing ingredients/budget. It’s bland, gritty. Otherwise wonderful. The staff is friendly and go beyond above and beyond
