28 Tigers is a must try. We sampled a few different dishes and every single one was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was on point. We will definitely be back. The presentation of each dish was thoughtful and everything came out fresh and hot. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they create. This place is perfect for date night or a night out with friends.
Small indoor dining space, nice tables outside. Very friendly staff. Really cool menu, lots of options for meat eaters, vegan, vegetarian. Like others, we felt the food was way too salty. Loved the intense spice levels, but damn - this food is the saltiest in Portland. Recommend getting extra rice, so you can add to your meal to reduce the saltiness.
First time eating here (to go).. had the pork lo mein and spring roll. So far, the tastiest asian food we've had around our area. 100% will come back. Seating looks limited but you can eat in the bar next door according to Holy Ghost website. Same with the pizza place. Fun vibes. Go.
