2NW5 is a hidden, secretive speakeasy in Portland, found behind an unmarked door. It is a small, dark, romantic basement bar with a quaint, intimate, and upscale environment. The vibe is super cool, a true Portland vibe, speakeasy-esque, and romantic. The music is romantic and not too loud, allowing for easy conversation even when full. There is quite a bit of seating, though it is limited with less than ten tables, seating less than 35 people total.

The menu is limited to a few appetizer items, inspired by Mexican food with a clash between Mexican and seafood. The food is great, fresh, and features amazing flavors. Specific items include the ceviche, floutus, Mexican seafood tostada, sashimi, oysters, churros, queso, hot queso and chips, and salsa and guacamole and chips, which are described as tasty, amazing, and to die for. The cocktails and drinks are lovely, on point, and phenomenal. The staff is very kind, helpful, and nice, with dedicated bartenders providing phenomenal service. It is recommended to show up early and not stay too long due to the small size and limited menu.
