Place is worn down . Don’t look up because it’s filthy dirty. Biscuits and gravy were lumpy and not mixed. French toast was soggy.

Parking: No designated parking. Apartment and marina parking marked for permit parking, but apparently it's OK to park there.

Beautiful spot. Started inside at the bar and moved outside to sit by the water. Forged mushroom and vodka oyster shooter were great! Bar makes great bloody Mary's. Great food great service. Staff is awesome!

The server was amazing, but there was no parking so we had to walk a while to get to the building. The food portions and quality were really subpar for the price we ended up paying. Of all food we got, we were disappointed in 4 of the 5 and the last one was the size of an appetizer.

Great location and outside they had a DJ to enjoy your drinks/meal. Parking was confusing because it said reserved parking mostly everywhere. The place for restaurant/,bar only had a few parking spots. But we just parked in the hotel/condo/apartment parking and didn't get towed.

A nice modern bar with excellent food and they carry Dobel Tequila which is always a plus! The scallops and oyster shooters were excellent!
