Every single 40lbs location is unique and lovely, and they all have fabulous chai. 2nd Ave is the smallest and first, but delightful. Main is the second and is cozy while being larger than the first. The newest (as of 10-23-2024), 6th Ave, is the largest and swankiest, full of charm and comfortable places to sit! The staff are all great and the owner is super nice. I love coming to these places!
They're vermicelli noodle lunch is my favorite meal in the world. And the lovely staff and beautiful location make it a pleasure to purchase! Highly recommend!

Got my daughter a plain bagel with cream cheese.... Can't even bite in to it! It was over toasted and hurt your teeth! I got the breakfast burrito.... Missing more taste. It's too bland. Was really disappointed because it looked nice on Google. The coffee was aiite too. Not impressed.
Parking: Hard AF to park near the place. Overall, I would not return.

Beautiful space, fun coffee variants that are always good, tasty food. Can get very loud but great when less busy. Outdoor seating too.
This is our first time in Portland OR and we couldn’t be happier to have found this amazing coffee place! The food and drinks were as wonderful as the atmosphere. Will definitely come back!
