Comfort food at its finest. Guys working there are super chill and set us up with all their sauces. We took some time deciding what we wanted because all of it sounded so good. My brother got the trifecta combo and my husband and I each got the chicken sandwich. My only complaint is that the sandwiches were a little hard to pick up and eat just because they were so loaded. Don't let the website pictures fool you - these portions are huge (and the prices very affordable). My husband and I could have easily split one sandwich but instead have leftovers for tomorrow. :) everything just pairs well together. The menu has been well thought-out and I think we need to come back to try more!

‼️ 808 Grinds is AMAZING. ‼️Hands down delish. I’m Chamorro (AAPI) and this Mac salad is bomb!!! ? The chicken is so tender, and flavorful. Reminds me of food from home. Rice is perfection. Spam musubi is awesome. These guys really make the best.Portions are huge, if you’re super hungry get your own plate, otherwise share a combo plate with someone. My husband doesn’t share musubi so get 2 ?Come here to be blown away by awesome food, great service, and come inside to have a beer!Cheers!

Best Hawaiian food outside of Hawaii. Seriously so good! The staff is super friendly and the portion sizes are extremely generous. I always have leftovers for 1-2 additional meals. It’s a food truck, but you can grab a beer next door at gigantic brewing and there is a tonof seating in there. Can’t recommend enough, enjoy!

The Kalua pig was EXCELLENT, especially with the habeñero teriyaki sauce. They recommended the 808 soy for the rice which we would recommend as well. Also ordered the 808 fried chicken which was tasty....but that Kalua pig was *chef's kiss* Prices were quite reasonable.
I can’t believe I’ve never left a review for this place. It’s definitely one of my favorite places to eat lunch and for sure some of the best Hawaiian food I’ve had in town. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I’ve had almost everything on the menu. Their Loco Moco is next level. (Definitely recommend getting grilled onions on it) The fried chicken is my favorite go to. Their Mac salad is fire. The sauces are phenomenal. The guys working there are always very personable and friendly. Yeah. I love this place.

Ordered Ubereats from here and holy god this is the best Shoyu Chicken in PDX. Mac salad was super well seasoned too which is rare. So happy I found this place near my work! Will be back!

Best Hawaiian food in SE Portland. Excellent service every time! Their sauce selection is truly amazing, Habanero Teriyaki is my jam. Mahalo!
