A hidden gem in Rose City! There's no place better in the neighborhood for a pint of good beer and good chats. The beer list is always on point and the staff is knowledgeable. It feels like a community in here and if you sit at the bar long enough you're guaranteed to make a friend either in any of the awesome bartenders or a fellow patron sitting next to you. This place sucks. The guy who runs it is a bit of a creep. I've been in here three or four times and each one, he has something sleazy to say. Today he decided to share how sexy an old TV character was. That character? A child. Second, he's really in love with how loud he can play his music. It's like he's trying to show off how cool his hip-hop tastes are, blasting the first ninety seconds of a series of vapid, radio hits. Sitting in the place with a computer? He may just turn it up louder for you. Gracias. Third, he's rude. To everyone. Ask for a napkin? You'll get it with a bit of attitude. "Next time, get these from the carts". Fourth, no wi-fi. The worst place to grab a beer in Portland.

Out of every single Beer Garden I have ever been to, this has to be one of the better ones. Their beer selection is always on point, and I find it nice that they always have a wine, seltzer, and cider option for those who do not drink that much beer. Every single person on staff is super friendly and knowledgeable on their selection. The fact of the food cards have a multitude of selection of things to eat makes it even better. This place is perfect. If you’re just looking for a place to sit down after work with a good beer, some good food, and a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
