Adelleda offers vegan meals with gluten‑free pasta options. The menu includes inventive cocktails, low‑proof and no‑proof drinks, and a variety of seasonal cocktails. The setting is London/LA chic with a wonderful ambiance and a record player for music. Plating is gorgeous, and the bathroom is cute with pasta wallpaper. A must‑try is the cardamom honeycomb dessert, moist and full of lovely flavors. Service is slow but improving. Dishes include brussel sprouts, caprese, arancini, and world vegan month special fusilli, though some were underwhelming. The martinis for two came with an ice bowl, and artisanal ice cream flavors await. The restaurant is a 10/10 experience.
