So happy to have finally had a chance to stop by since Adelleda's opening! Menu changes seasonally and got to order off the winter menu. The drink menu, while pricey, has so many great options, including mocktails. Ordered Honeynut Squash Fritters, Parisian Gnocchi, and the Frosty no proof. Everything was good. The fritters were crunchy on the outside while being soft inside. The gnocchi was pretty filling and had a unique flavor that I enjoyed. The drink was delicious! They were out of tiramisu, sadly, so no dessert for me that night. Pretty good amount of seating and able to accommodate some larger parties. There is a cool lounge area with a wall of vinyl and some purchasable prepackaged foods. The interior is pretty open and can get a bit echoey at times, though. Overall, great experience and looking forward to coming back.
Some hairdresser friends and I had a meeting/celebration & agreed to come here! We tried mostly everything on the menu! It was absolutely incredible and I am still dreaming about the food! I was the only vegan in the group but everyone said they wouldn’t even know it was vegan that it tasted so good. I highly recommend you try this place ASAP! Ambiance is gorgeous. The pasta portions are HUGE! Cocktails are extra special. 10/10. Flavors are dynamic! Well done! Updated from previous review on 2025-12-17
The food was both bland and overpriced. The weight staff forgot, beverages and overall felt like it was overpriced.

My partner and I stopped in last night. We never got to try the food cart and have loved their cheese for years and have bought frequently from their old cheese shop and farmers markets. We also love the refillery. The owners don't shy away from their stance on social and political injustices. So we love to support them as much as we can. All of that to say we had dinner last night and was a little disappointed. I want to start with the good things first. Last night we popped in and were warmly greeted. We were sat and everyone that came by our table was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Service was impeccable. The vibes are killer! It's moody and feels upscale without being stuffy. It felt very Intentional and as if a lot of thought was put into every detail. We ordered wine so I can't attest to the cocktails but we saw plenty go by and they looked delicious. Now the not so great things. We didn't love the food. We ordered: Honey nut squash fritters Arancini Rigatoni The fritters aren't a typical fritter I'd say. Shaped like a mozzarella stick it didn't have much flavor. The oil flavor was quite powerful. The aioli also had a strange flavor to us. The arancini was probably my favorite thing of our order. They sat in a bowl of red sauce and had shaved cheese over the top. I'm not sure if it was intentional but the sauce was cold which we found a little off putting with the warm ball. But that could just be a personal preference. The rigatoni was our biggest disappointment. It had a little bit of a soapy taste? It would come and go. The squash in that dish was so yummy though. I could have had a bowl of just that. Like I said I hate leaving a mid review but we just weren't a big fan of our food. I think it's especially disappointing when you've spent a decent amount and leave feeling let down. We were told upon sitting that it was the first day of their new menu so maybe this one was just wasn't for us. I would come back for a cocktail or a glass of wine because like I said the vibes were lovely and the staff are so kind. Maybe a small plate. But I'm not sure I would go for a full dining experience again. Also layer up in there so you can take layers off. It was so hot in there. I saw a couple people fanning themselves and we chatted with another couple about how hot it was. I was anxious to get out because i was so uncomfortable. The heat was cranked! Haha
Incredible! Vegan meals with gluten-free pasta options.
Pros:
- Very inventive cocktails
- Low proof + no proof drink options too
- London/LA chic setting. Wonderful ambiance. (And a record player for music!)
- Gorgeous plating.
- Very cute bathroom too, the wallpaper is pasta!
And… Must try the cardamom honeycomb dessert. Very moist. Lovely flavors. I want to go back just to have that again.
Slow service, but no doubt that will improve with time

nicely designed space with excellent cocktails and flavorful, subtle, and intriguing menu items. Everything we had was very good. The pasta sauces are creamy without feeling heavy (like some of own overly thick homemade sauces) beaming with robust and layered flavors. Updated from previous review on 2025-11-08
Love the vibes, menu and service! 5 stars. Here’s my feedback. We were told they preferred if we order everything at once, which is a bit annoying to me. We ordered 4 dishes, and so it’s impossible to eat everything before it gets cold. I would have rather ordered small plates and then entrees. The brussel sprouts were very tasty but a bit too charred. The caprese was good but the persimmons were a bit too sweet for me. I prefer a savory caprese. The toasts that came with it were fantastic! The arancini were pretty dang good but needed a bit more seasoning or cheese or something. We got the world vegan month special (fusilli) and it was a bit underwhelming. Needed something.
We got “martinis for two” and I had never seen this before with an accouterments ice bowl! That was awesome! Would def come back to try more things!

We were frequent dinners at chef Riley’s Unwind food truck and are so happy to see him doing so well he was able to go to a full restaurant. We went on opening night and the vibes in there were great. The food is even better than before. Fantastic cocktails and a more full menu. Updated from previous review on 2025-11-02

I went to Adelleda for a friend’s birthday dinner and the entire experience was 10/10! Food was exceptional and full of flavor. Cocktail menu featured interesting and delicious seasonal cocktails, we tried a variety off the list and all were delicious!
Our server, Quinn, was also fantastic!!! Timing was perfect, she came back to check on us frequently and even split our bill at the end!
Will definitely be back for another evening to try the artisanal ice cream flavors!

This is exactly what the Portland vegan scene has been needing! Highly recommend the bread and butter and the rigatoni but everything was great! It's a more upscale experience with great service and great food
The vibes are absolutely off the charts here. I’m not much for writing reviews but the attention to detail in the atmosphere, design, and service are all so top tier I had to shout it from the google-tops. Not to mention the food is to die for and the folks in service are very personable and kind. If I had unlimited resources I would eat here most nights a week FOR SURE.

Record-spinning bar and restaurant with immaculate vibes and extremely welcoming staff. The Brie was some of the best cheese I have ever tasted, and the Parisian gnocchi was phenomenal. Cannot recommend enough.
