Cozy little spot, great drinks and jello shots. Taco Tuesday is great.

Advice Booth is everything you want in a neighborhood bar .. heart, personality, and intention.

Laura, the owner (and former bartender), is the kind of person who makes you feel seen the second you walk in. You can tell she genuinely cares about her staff and her community … everyone’s treated well here, and it shows.

The space has this perfect balance: too much taste and warmth to be called a dive, but just enough grit and comfort to make it real. The walls are covered in art, there are board games, a Photo Booth, a laid-back patio with picnic tables … it’s all designed for people to actually connect.

And because she doesn’t have a kitchen? She went old-school and got a hot-dog warmer. Laura’s “glizzies” are legendary …pure hospitality on a bun.

Advice Booth isn’t just a bar. It’s a third space … the kind of place that reminds you how good community can feel when someone truly gives a damn.

Checked out Trivia night (Tuesday's) and had a fun time! I would recommend it to a friend and hope to go again.

Top notch service, warm atmosphere, fair prices, pinball and photo booth. The best little bar we didn’t know about. A++

"
Trivia" Night here is full of wall to wall jerks, loud barking dogs and shrill voiced hipsters. Will go elsewhere in the future.
.
Tacos also very disappointing.

Obnoxiously loud in a quiet neighborhood. 11:00 and people still yelling in the bar and loud music playing which has become an every day occurrence. This place is so inconsiderate of the neighborhood despite multiple complaints to them.

I was in this neighborhood which I rarely am in and I remembered this bar, a mother of one of my old students works here. So I figured I'd check it out. Their menu is about half and half vegan and on vegan and it's not a vast menu but I decided to get the vegan dog. Field roast hot dog but housemaid chili and many of the toppings that you can add are free.

Super cute bar right down an alley in West Portland. It's got a charming atmosphere and I felt super safe the whole time!! The bartending was phenomenal and the taco deal when we were there on Tuesday was AMAZING. Highly recommend grabbing whatever their days deal is for yummy savings. The trivia was so fun!! We got last but nobody shamed us and we still had a great time.

Love this place! Very queer, the staff is so nice, and the drinks and snacks are great. Especially love the spacious heated patio. The queer makers market they host every second Sunday has some fun stuff, too!
