This is the best ramen place in town. It’s our secret spot.

Chicken karage was perfect. The ramen was disappointing. Broth and noodles were good. The pork belly was ok I guess. Egg texture was strange to me. I sat in a wobbly bench that moved whenever the other person on it moved. No public bathroom. It's was a neat, clean place. Self bus tables, but was unclear where to put dishes? It was just a sad, uncomfortable, unsatisfactory experience.Dietary restrictions: Good for vegetarian, gluten-free, or dairy free meals

The karage and the Akasaru Ramen were delicious! Small footprint and big flavor. Well worth a chance.

A quaint little ramen shop. Got that hole in the wall vibe. The most incredible coconut miso ramen. Everything I've tried from their menu is first rate but that ramen is on a whole other level. 12 of 10. Try this ramen. Seriously one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth.

Very tasty and it was nice they had a vegan protein. We've recently gone to The Boxers ramen and I liked their broth better but no vegan protein. I would definitely recommend Akasaru again.

Delicious and very flavorful ramen! Friendly servers and cute interior! Server was very helpful when answering our questions about the menu items as well. Definitely will be coming back to this location.

It's been a couple of years since I've stopped by at Akasaru. A friend and I decided to get a takeout from there during the recent cold snap. We both ordered the spicy coconut ramen and split a side of edamame and gyoza. The broth for the ramen was as tasty as I remember it. However it was a LOT saltier than I recall. So salty that it was close to the point where I didn't want to eat it. Like I said, the flavors were right, but I'd prefer significantly less saltiness. It ruined what would otherwise be a really tasty experience.

Great little ramen joint. The spicy coconut miso I crave weekly. And the chicken karaage is freaking delish! Inside is small with just a couple tables but fun music, decorated lively and is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions. This is my go-to ramen <3

Without notifying us they switched out the listed ingredient of mango and replaced it with tomato. Way too much rice and no healthier alternatives. Would not recommend ordering takeout.
