The best hummus I've had in the states. A perfect blend of garbanzo and tahini. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, and the service was exceptional. I will be going back soon.

Had the most delicious dining experience at Al Hawr. Everyone is treated like family. Shaddi and his wife along with their staff (Eddie our waiter) create the most amazing authentic Lebanese food here in Portland. Coming from Dearborn, Michigan, which has a huge population of Lebanese restaurants. This is by far a top contender!

Good Arabic restaurant. I really like tea with fresh mint. Chicken shavers was too spicy for me, not hot spice, just too much spices.
Meditarían Greek salad was tasty and fresh, also liked mixed dough

Amazing restaurant
Delicious food 😍
Beautiful restaurant 😍
Oh my goodness, this place was the best find! We found it on accident, on 4th of July, one of the only places open past 9, and we just needed to eat before the fireworks. But let me tell you, everything was AMAZING. Seriously, I am DEFINITELY going back! We got a lot of things to try and share so I’m not sure all I got but it was amazing. And I do remember that the shawarma was particularly good. And we got some sort of sampler platter that was good.

Their lamb Shawarma seasoned with, I believe, cardamom and other things, was the most astonishingly delicious meat I've ever eaten in my life. And it's in a very nice part of town!
The restaurant, God bless the Most Merciful, has great services, food and treatment. May God bless your livelihood

Taboule was perfect. Meat was mediocre at best. Lunch menu has only four main courses, really weak. Service is okay but no salt or spices on the table. Maybe try dinner.

While visiting my dad at OHSU, my husband and I rode the tram down the hill and found this wonderful Lebanese reasturant within a 5 minute walk.
The flavors were to die for!

The service is authentic and excellent, with friendly staff and a fabulous selection of appetizers to choose from, offering a variety of options. I'm impressed with the customer service, the wait staff is friendly and attentive, which sets it apart from other Middle Eastern restaurants in the area where service can be lacking. I definitely will come back for more great service and food.
