I'm eating my leftovers from earlier today from Alani not wanting this to end. Honestly, I had tried the falafel/ Mediterranean place at corner 14. Each time, disappointed. I just gave up on good Mediterranean in OC. Until today! This hummus- divine! Garlicky goodness. I did splurge on the platter as I love saffron rice. Even my picky toddler wanted to eat off my plate which is a huge win. The owner was especially sweet. Will be back! Bad food in Oregon city is no longer acceptable, sorry! More places like this are the new standard.

Alani is one of the truest authentic middle eastern food cart in Oregon. Great restaurant quality food delivered from a food cart, surrounding a great atmosphere in downtown Oregon City. The baklava is must try and it makes the perfect desert with any meal

So good. It's everything you want. I usually get the chicken platter (comes with a pita - make your own gyro and then have leftovers!). The loaded fries are also super tasty.
I’ve never been to the restaurant personally. Not yet at least. So my orders have been through Uber eats/ DoorDash ect.I usually order the combo saj lamb/chicken. I also add rice ??? along with regular, and spicy garlic! Chicken is always juicy and full of flavor lamb is very good as well.Also recommend the chicken/ lamb over fries!

Alani food cart has not only amazing food but some excellent members of the community. Ahmed is a pleasure to speak to educated on food and passionate about his work. I'm very impressed If you haven't tried the Lamb fries do yourself a favor and get them but, if you choose anything else you are going to love it.
