When I give 5 stars for food, I'm giving 5 stars for the well-curated selection of hot sauces! This is a beer and hot sauce shop. What else do you need to no? Nuthin.

It’s shops like these that make me so happy. Combinations that seemingly make no sense but tap into someone’s passions so much it ends up making all the sense in the world. A great selection of both hot sauces and beer (as well as some wines and ciders) and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

You can get the absolute best hot sauce ever made here! Yes it’s called HAB Sauce! And they are so friendly. The beer selection is stellar.
The best place to grab some hot sauce! Super knowledgeable and helpful staff that recommended the bottles of hot sauce that we purchased. And every single one was a winner!

Good selection of beer. Be sure to ask for the hot sauce tasting flight. It’s free and you can try 8+ hot sauces. Cool vibe.

Hot sauce galore, 4 giant coolers of cans and bottles, 20 locale craft beer / cider taps. Just pretzel-ish snacks for food, so bring your takeout here, they encourage it. 4 tables covered patio street seating, plus plenty seats inside with AC.
Parking: Parking for any district in PDX sucks. Williams is no different. Park in the side streets. You know how it be.

It has and is primarily an awesome tap house with some food, as necessary, for the State Of Oregon.
Many fine restaurants within 2 blocks, including wood fired pizza, Sushi, Mexican (authentic) Thai & Ethiopian offerings. Over 200 different hot sauces in house.
They encourage promotion of local venues: bring your *to go* food *in* if you wish.

They have lots of drinks to choose from. I would prefer more wheat beers but I was able to find something to drink that was really good.

perfectly prescribed peppers with a great side of beer
AleFire = beer and hot sauce. That’s a damn good balance, like yin and yang. It’s a spot to chill and have some beers. But also for just stopping by and picking up some good hot sauce. There are three full refrigerators of hot sauce choices. Staff is helpful if you want to find something new.
