Cry... They changed the Ava Lanes cheese bread. I know its minor but it used to be in squares and the tomatoes were cooked sliced on the bread not just raw on top. It makes a difference. So sad.
Excellent food!! Meatballs were superb! Penne Alfredo was delicious! Perfect ending to a long day!

Came here for Aunt's 80th birthday party 🎉 and it was great, plus there was a Live band and outdoor seating. Just good vibes the whole night. 🌹

Our Grant High School class of 1975 had our 60 year reunion at Amalfi’s last month. They were awesome! They let us decorate the back patio snd opened early just for us. The entire staff were wonderful, making sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was just as good as we remembered it to be. 😋 We received several comments from our large turnout that they’d be happy to have future reunions there too. Thanks Michael Jane and to all your staff too. We had a great time!
We have been coming here for over 20 years, and while staff and the inside have changed, one thing remains and that is the friendly staff, wonderful customer service, and great food.

A small group of us stored at this restaurant for dinner during our evening neighborhood walk. They were seeing up the outdoor area for live music. The food was great. Hand prepared pizza was a delicious melding of ingredients. The salad were fresh and tasty. There were several specialty drinks that we also enjoyed. The music was a pleasant complement to the atmosphere.

Amalfis is ridiculous. Happy hour is only in the bar area. Happy hour is not happy. The drinks are small & weak. The bartender is not friendly. The whole experience was not enjoyable. Pizza was decent but not exceptional. Overpriced! Will not be back.
The owners are too sweet. They remember their regular customers and always go above and beyond customer service wise. The market is my favorite, perfectly priced to-go items for when your family doesn’t want to go out, but wants amazing food! Dine in has a lovely patio area as well. If you couldn’t tell by the exterior of the building itself, there are many reasons why they’ve been in business for so long. A lovely, spacious, and welcoming environment for diners all around. I would absolutely recommend :)

I had lasagna - it was hot and cheesy and melty. It was a nice size, but next time I’ll probably try a different dish, as I found it adequate but not a star of the show. I started my meal with the wedge salad (shared) and it was outstanding. My fave of course was the scoop of spumoni ice cream at the end. I took a look at the happy hour menu and that may be worth checking out in the future. My dining partners mostly chose the lite spaghetti dinner and were all happy with it. The meatballs looked like a nice size. The pizza was not good - very odd tasting dough and tough crust.

When we arrived we sat ourselves, already a bad sign for an Italian restaurant.
The other guests must have given positive reviews back when it was owned by Italians, and were all drunk on cheap wine.
The table wobbled and the wait staff managed to splash water on everyone, but the kicker was everyone getting food poisoning from the active yeast in the unrisen pizza dough.

Good food and friendly service.
Update. We have come so many times since my first review. We love this place. Get the Chocolate torte cake for dessert.

We love it....The pizza is thin crust and is awesome. The salad dressing that they make..Blue Cheese is to die for. The staff is always excellent. This is one of our favorite places to go for Italian. We also have fallen in Love with the Chicken and Pear salad..WOW. It is huge..so be careful. LOL. I read some of the bad reviews and I was quite astonished. We have been going here for years, and the new remodel with the little store is a very nice touch. I struggle to find anything bad... We are heading there tonight...because I crave their thin pepperoni pizza and salad.
