I hardly write a restaurant review. I use to go to this place foe just drinks and fun. Yesterday, I ordered ChowMein, it was one of the worst ChowMein I ever had. It was greasy and rubbery, I can't digest it. Dear owner I see you are reading the reviews, please address the quality of food in your restaurant and the type of service.

This is probably my favorite Americanized Chinese food in Portland. If you are a fan of all-inclusive karaoke, this dive bar is for you! The food is a gen-Xers comfort food (think crab puffs and orange chicken), drinks are strong and the old-Portland dive bar atmosphere is on point. Service is quick and attentive without being overly friendly. Highly recommend.

Karaoke is king here. It's a great place for friends and family. All I'm gonna recommend is stop by sing a song and don't forget to get some delicious food.

I would not be writing this review had management returned my call 5 days ago to discuss this matter. I was promised a call back the next day after I talked to the on shift manager, who reassured me that upper management would reach out to me, they did not. We went to the Ambassador a week ago to get dinner to go. I have no complaints about the service from the bar, she was great. We placed an order to go of: Sweet & Sour Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Pork Fried Rice and Crab Puffs. I asked for chinese mustard & red sauce to be included. Our dinner total came to $91.00, a bit of a surprise. We got home with our to go order and everything was basically un-edible. The sweet and sour chicken (sauce on the side) which consisted of about 10 small pieces of deep fried chicken was laying soggy on a bed of white rice. The pork fried rice was very oily and what little bit of pork that was in it was charcoal black and the sparse veggies were some frozen peas and carrots, the crab puffs were hard and the filling cold, lastly, the broccoli beef was in a pool of brown gravy with over cooked broccoli, we did not get our mustard either. We ended throwing it all away. I am beyond disappointed all the way around, we are not only out the $91, they haven't even given us the courtesy of a return phone call. Disappointed!

Terrible TOGO service. Hosts dont know what they’re doing and will hand out any order to delivery service without double checking the name. Paid $50 dollars just to receive a completely different order and when we called they told us we can come the next day to get our correct order. As if we didn’t want our food when we ordered it.

Ordered delivery and the packaging was really disappointing. The app sampler was shoved into one small white box, the rangoons and shrimp were completely smushed and oozing. This place is too damn expensive to be doing that. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
