Selection of plate to share was excellent. Ceviche was spicy and delicious. Confit duck was fall-off-the-bone tender and spiced just right. Excellent meal.

It has been a couple of years since i have been to Andina and the food was as amazing as I remembered..maybe even better! A different menu of course but the same great flavors and creativity. Highly highly recommend. My only "disappointment" was they took off the menu my very favorite dessert which was the passionfruit cannoli :)

We love everything from service to food. Our server/s were amazing and my friends from Hillsboro loved it.

Always a great experience. The welcome at the host stand, the servers and of course, the incredible food. Such a solid choice each time I'm in PDX. My only regret is that I love some dishes so much that I have to reorder them instead of spending more time exploring the other great menu items.

Excellent atmosphere & service. The food and service was excellent. Plenty of vegan choices and carnivores/pescatarian. Would highly recommend this spot and highly recommend making reservations in advance

I have visited Andina before and have always had a pleasant experience, but this time was subpar. The night started off very nicely; the host was pleasant. We had a reservation so we were sat promptly. When the server came over she wasn't very friendly. No smile, no warm greeting. Very straight to the point. We received our drinks quickly. They were good. I drank a Peruvian ginger hard cider, and my partner ordered an illegal mezcal. We started with some empanadas that were decent. One with meat, the other without. For the mains I ordered the steak. When I placed my order I asked for the temp to be medium well. When it was placed in front of me, it was more on the medium rare side. I asked the server once she circled back around to ask the kitchen to cook it longer for me. She grabbed the plate and said blandly “we'll fix it”, and I continued to enjoy my cider. My partner was eating their salmon, and mentioned that it lacked a significant amount of flavor to the point they had to ask for salt and pepper. They also mentioned that it was severely undercooked, although it was plated very nicely. Once my meal returned, the server didn't check on us after that; she didn't ask if we wanted additional drinks or if there was anything else that we needed. We didn't finish our main courses because we were so displeased with them. We don't like to complain so we set them aside for them to be collected. We sat there for 20 minutes with our plates on the edge of the table. The server finally came back around and asked us if we wanted desert. By this time we just wanted to leave. So, we said “no thank you.” The server then placed the billfold and said “thanks”; before I could return the thank you she walked off. I don't want to say the service was completely terrible, but it definitely made me feel like we weren't appreciated as paying customers. I hope that if we ever do decide to return, that we receive better service from start to finish not just before we are sat.

We love coming here. Wait staff was slightly slow at first, but as things cleared out towards the end the night they became more attentive to us. My guess is they had only a handful of servers left working, that's fine.

The food is excellent. Small plates are certainly small, but you can really tell there's care taken in the food plating/presentation, selection of ingredients, and preparation. The lomo is fantastic and one of us usually has to get it when we go. The cocktails are also well done, with ingredient selection and mixing done in such a way that pairs well with the fare.

Atmosphere is somewhat cozy, romantic, a good place for a nice date night or more intimate occasion. They do have some larger tables for groups, of course.

Overall, would recommend trying if you are looking for excellent South American cuisine in a refined setting.

Everything was incredible and so well nuanced in the flavors, and all the staff were so kind and attentive. The happy hour is a great selection and all the plates are small enough to get a few to share with another. Cocktails are unique and live up to their price, and the dessert menu is not one to miss. A new favorite restaurant for me and will absolutely be back!

I haven't been to Andina in years because I had moved away but tonight I came back and I'm so glad I did. I met Austin and Kyle and they were both such exquisite gentlemen. Kyle was so funny and so kind I just didn't want to let him go. Thank you so much! Totally awesome!
