The wait staff suggested ordering several small lates and sharing so people who had not been here before could sample more dishes. This was so fun we did it with the desserts also! The lomo saltado is not to be missed.
This restaurant has such exceptional service and food. Served is tapas. It's an amazing way to share food and get everyone's perspective on the different dishes. I brought with me friends from New York City who had just arrived here in Portland and they loved Andina.
Food was super fantastic .. exceeded our expectation... fantastic taste , blend of herbs, ingredients spices .. so delicate yet rich but nutricious However it was too dark ... we cant see our food and too noisy
