Simply amazing. The food was wonderful and authentic. I love the experience and the ambiance there! I love these types of restaurants that truly inhabit the experience of the culture. If you are looking for a mom and pop shop that brings an elevated true modern cultural experience. I would 10/10 recommend this place. I look forward to returning here with all my friends!

Best Pho I have ever had! If you’re craving soup don’t hesitate to come here. The vibes are amazing and the broth is unbelievably delicious, you can tell they really take their time and make the best product possible.

Their Pho bác is so good. The Pho broth is one of the best in town ! Nicely decorated and super clean. Family recipe according to the owners. Their menu varies from day to day Weds-Sunday. Highly recommended if you are the fan of Vietnamese Pho. Both owners My Phượng and Hạn. We will definitely be back to try out their special Pho Annan ??!!

First time trying Hu Tiue My Tho, food was delicious. I ate everything to the last drop of broth and that’s on me being a picky eater! I’m usually a sucker for Pho, but now I’ve found my new go to dish. ? Decent portions, but made with quality ingredients. ?? Small family owned restaurant by the looks of it with great hospitality, it doesn’t get anymore authentic than this. Small rotating menu, staff were attentive. Will definitely be coming back to try other dishes!

The food was good, the service was friendly, the restaurant was clean and the music was great! Lol, for a moment, I literally felt like they were listening to my playlist.
Important thing to note: every day has its own menu, so if there's something specific you want to eat, make sure you go on the right day.
Parking sucks, but I guess that's just the area.
We would come back!
Do? Not ?Sleep ? On ?This? Place?.
This is a gem in PDX's food scene. We didn't do the soups (that's their main gig and go early bc they sell out) but we did their late night and it was SO GOOD. We got the wraps, veggies, and two cocktails.
Atmosphere was intimate and inviting. They have tables for dates but also the ability to accomodate a party of 10 (which we saw when leaving). Mood lighting and a nice updated interior made the place feel comfy! Everyone from the chefs to the hosts and servers were so kind and made you feel so welcomed.
The greens were fresh cooked, not overseasoned! The wraps (we only got 3) were so filling and they give you a seperate plate to dip the wraps in which made it even that more special.
But let me tell you, THE DRINKS. Any place that can do a good clarified milk is a must in my book. We got the jasmine milk tea (which had the clarified milk) and the dac dac dac. They were so good, not overpowering, but strong enough thay you felt it by the end. Plus syrups made in house? You know they aren't skipping on quality.
I would say really well priced considering the quality of ingredients they use. I hope this place continues to grow and if you're visiting from out of town, pls pls make the trek to go!

Hands down the best Vietnamese soups in the city! Since moving away from my parents over a decade ago I've realized I've taken for granted all these different types of soups she made on a daily basis. This place nails them every single time. We loved HA VL but it's a bit out of the way for us to get to. So glad Annam VL is across the street and it has quickly become the must visit space on Belmont. Very cool they pivot the space during the weekend nights to a Vietnamese street food bar. Bia Saigon beer in a cup of ice on the patio is peak summer evening.... Long live Annam VL.
