People will say there are better pizza places in Portland. People also claim the Earth is flat. Don’t listen to those people; go to Apizza Scholls and enjoy the fact that due to gravity you don’t float away even if taking a bite of their pizza might make you feel that you will.

Can't give more than five, but it deserves it. Amazing pizza. Get there early because there'll be aline when they open. Even after getting through the line, our wait was super reasonable, and had a couple beers while I waited.
Don't sleep on this place.

Love Apizza! Pizza is yummy- great for families and for couple. One of my top 3 pizza spots in Portland!! Always take visitors here. Caesar salad is good too- large portion size. We’re from the Bay and it reminds me a bit of Toto’s - also love seeing Giants and It’s It posters around! Great neighborhood spot- casual and easy. And music is always good!

Can’t beat classic pizza eats at a bustling neighborhood spot. Cesar salad was also classically delicious. Well ran with hustling and friendly staff.

I come in as often as I can with my partner and kid. The whole family loves the food and service. Michael, I think is his name, has served us a handful of times and provided some of the best hospitality I've come across in Portland. Big fan of the Pauly G pizza and the wine selection is great!

Amazing food. Just a really light, incredibly crispy crust with a perfect amount of toppings. Not greasy, just perfectly balanced toppings. Everything from the Caesar salad to the margherita and Paulie Gee was amazing. We did exercise some restraint. Photos are of the pizzas with the undercarriage—as they say they are well done. Loved every bit of it. And for an out-of-towner with roots in California, the It’s-It’s were a total treat.

tasted like a quality pizza but the bottom of most slices were burnt (NOT charred, full on black) and had a bitter taste to them
We got lucky and got the last pie of the night!! So glad we did it was soooo good. Saving this spot for next time up those way.

Waited in line for opening like most people do, was promptly seated at open and received excellent service! Pizza was phenomenal and it was a great experience all around. Highly recommend.
