It Sucks. My $15 hamberger was so thin I could see thru the meat and the edges were burnt. Sometimes good but usualy not good. Since I never know, I will never go there again after 30 years of service. It has been too bad for too long.

I brought my Mom for her free Veterans Day meal. Chad was so sweet and positive. Whether its pretend for customer service or just who he is, my mom really appreciated his energy and service and it as very welcoming. Coolest manager I’ve seen in a restaurant!!

We were a party of six with a server who had been at the vocation three days and a cook who had problems following orders. One person ordered a bourbon steak and received something else. Another ordered grill chicken oriental salad and got something different. Fries, even when replaced, were cold. Burger was overcooked. Despite all that and the length of time we waited for food, 40 mins, the server was apologetic and meals were comped by manager.

Good food and service but unfortunately it is in Portland, OR and the location is now not a good area. Surrounding stores are closing because of theft issues and people are camping in tents all over the place. I feel sorry for the employees and management that the City of Portland let this area along with other areas down.
