I brought my Mom for her free Veterans Day meal. Chad was so sweet and positive. Whether its pretend for customer service or just who he is, my mom really appreciated his energy and service and it as very welcoming. Coolest manager I’ve seen in a restaurant!!
We were a party of six with a server who had been at the vocation three days and a cook who had problems following orders. One person ordered a bourbon steak and received something else. Another ordered grill chicken oriental salad and got something different. Fries, even when replaced, were cold. Burger was overcooked. Despite all that and the length of time we waited for food, 40 mins, the server was apologetic and meals were comped by manager.
Lunch was great. Friends and I came in and were greated with a smile. The meal was good and service was fantastic! Our server was Tia. She had a great personality, was quick with our order, drinks, etc. Such a pleasure to have serve us! Thank you Tia!
