Food has gone down hill tremendously to the point I thought my roast beef was purchased from Fred Meyers up the street lol. It was cut really thick, and had little to no flavor. Just like if you open a pack of roast beef from the grocery store. We ordered a side of cheddar, and literally it was comical how little they actually gave us, looked like they took the cup and scraped off a thin layer from one of the sandwiches. Went here twice recently thinking it was just an off day...

We went to Arby’s with my 5 month old & the customer service was SO WONDERFUL! Everybody was so kind to us. From the managers to the employee wiping the tables & the woman taking drive through orders (even tho we were in the dinning room she still came to say hi to our son). We have never had such a pleasant experience. Thank you everyone!

Kid-friendliness: The employees really enjoyed saying hi to our 5 month old!
