I just had one of the BEST customer experiences I’ve ever had — at Arby’s — thanks to Jessie, the General Manager.

Jessie isn’t just good at her job.
She is the kind of person who makes a business feel like a community.

We walked in during a really rough moment in our lives. Without hesitation, Jessie greeted us with warmth, treated us like family! If you like the small town feel, this is the place!

She told us she’s been with the company for 3 years, and it shows — she radiates pride in her work, passion for hospitality, and genuine heart. You can tell she loves what she does and cares deeply about the people who walk through her doors.

And yes — the food was just as great as we remembered!

We had the Smokehouse Sandwich and the new Arby-Q — both were amazing.

Pink hair manager ( Cherie I believe) and the dark hair manager (Jessie or Jess) were amazing the other day. I watched them work together as a team instead of just doing one thing at a time that each other are doing repeatedly they were communicating back and forth together very well and made sure the customers were taken care of even though it was very very busy. I don't remember exactly what day it was but it seemed like there was only 3 people working. Surprisingly wait times were not long. I was very impressed. Especially since I come with a long background in food service

New fried turkey sandwhich They put so much mayo. I did NOT ask for extra lol. You can't see the bread theres so much. Mayo was on both sides btw. I did call the GM was nice and offered to replace. This sandwich shouldn't of made it to a bag, Let alone a customers home.

So I placed my order online. The app is incredibly slow and not that intuitive and I can see why people have pain and dealing with these apps, personally I don't like them but that's the only way to get a discount. Now let's talk about my experience in the restaurant, let's just say not being greeted not being even acknowledged not even being asked if you could be helped in fact not even really being looked at and when the person behind the counter wouldn't even look me in the eye, that's just not okay. I'm not sure if it's just the reality of today that people don't understand that service is important or if it was just a lack of leadership at that particular restaurant. I don't think that's what it was because the floor was so clean you could eat off of it All the tables have been nicely cleaned and the restaurant sparkled like it been scrubbed down by 100 people. No this came down to the basics of customer service and they just didn't have it.

Got two Philly steak sandwiches they were terrible. Disgusting the cheese. It was just not the meat taste like hamburger. Didn’t taste like a steak sandwich. Little chunks of hamburger tasted like was not very good. It made me feel sick afterwards low quality Philly sandwich I guess that’s what you get for going to Arby’s
