Service here has always been relatively quick and the staff are mostly all well mannered.

So I placed my order online. The app is incredibly slow and not that intuitive and I can see why people have pain and dealing with these apps, personally I don't like them but that's the only way to get a discount. Now let's talk about my experience in the restaurant, let's just say not being greeted not being even acknowledged not even being asked if you could be helped in fact not even really being looked at and when the person behind the counter wouldn't even look me in the eye, that's just not okay. I'm not sure if it's just the reality of today that people don't understand that service is important or if it was just a lack of leadership at that particular restaurant. I don't think that's what it was because the floor was so clean you could eat off of it All the tables have been nicely cleaned and the restaurant sparkled like it been scrubbed down by 100 people. No this came down to the basics of customer service and they just didn't have it.

Got two Philly steak sandwiches they were terrible. Disgusting the cheese. It was just not the meat taste like hamburger. Didn’t taste like a steak sandwich. Little chunks of hamburger tasted like was not very good. It made me feel sick afterwards low quality Philly sandwich I guess that’s what you get for going to Arby’s

My normal order I get 6 months ago cost my $20, went through this evening and it was 29.94$. I will not be coming back to Arby’s. A drive through is not worth $30. Corporate needs to rethink their prices.
Ordered beef n cheddar with extra red ranch. Received beef n cheddar with NO red ranch. Jalapeño poppers were under cooked and falling apart. Lame!! Also, I see the “owner” responding with the same lame response to all bad reviews. How about training your employees. Show up at the location and train people. You can’t make your employees care, but you can! It’s your business act like an owner. Do better for your community. This isn’t the first time either.

Soda was flat. The sound system isn't good, as well as water damage in the ceiling. Everything else was fine. The food is what I expected.
The big whammy, however:
I do recommend doing something about the plant growing in the carpet. Moss is one thing, but imagine the mold that we can not see, some of which can cause severe health problems.

We went thru the drive thru. When we got home we realized they didn't give us half our order and the sandwiches we did get were horribly made. The pile of meat was just folded in half, like the pile of slices, the whole pile just folded in half on the slider buns. The fries didn't taste fresh at all.

The place could use a remodel, but I am sure that's a low priority based on the location. Food was as to be expected at an Arby's. No good deals, so expensive. Service was acceptable.

I stopped by here for lunch and ordered the Fresh Market buffalo wrap with a side of curly fries, but I was pretty disappointed with the food. The tortilla on the wrap was rock hard—seriously, that’s a feat. There’s no way microwaving or reheating did this; it had to have been sitting out for a while. As for the curly fries, they weren’t curly at all. They were cold, and I only got the tiny, end pieces. On top of that, the service was slow. There weren’t any cars around, yet it still took them 10 minutes to prepare my order. Why bother with fast food when it’s neither fast nor good?

I'm not a picky person but the fries in my order were so rock hard they might as well have been fossilized. I literally could not eat a single one. Were these fried for half an hour??? Who on earth would scoop these up and put them in an order thinking they're even close to edible. Thanks for the granite curly fries guys.
