Visited on Thanksgiving weekend and oh boy they are busy. Kudos to workers. Located on 2nd floor right next to ice rink. Overall great experience even though had to wait a bit extra. $3.99 for original pretzel but was surprised about taxes (in Oregon?) Great tasting pretzels.

Waiting 20 minutes for a pretzel in this sweltering mall on a summer day is pure torture

My husband and I stopped into the mall to avoid traffic on the way back from downtown errands. This place is situated next to a new tea place and I visited both in tandem. Lloyd Center still has a pretty small amount of offerings but Auntie Annie's has always been a classic and go to thing to do at the mall. They didn't have Pretzel bites because they're making cinnamon sugar and pepperoni kinds now with over half a dozen dipping sauces. I kind of used to remember the cheese dip being warm but we enjoyed our two jalapeño pretzels with the classic cheese sauce. It was the perfect pick me up and excuse to sit in the mall air conditioning and see what all has changed before letting traffic die down to head home. The service was helpful and quick.

Vegetarian options: It meets the requirements to be vegetarian but it's fun junk food

Kid-friendliness: Located close to the ice rink, play area, and arcade

Almost every time we go there it's never open and when they are open the pretzels are usually hard.

A great place to get something to snack on while you're shopping at the Lloyd Center Mall. I just got the classic pretzel with salt on it (Price $3.99). I love how they are hand-made right there at the shop.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of options.

Parking: Lots of parking outside.

Kid-friendliness: Super kid friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of wheelchair accessibility.

Used to be a good place. But now workers so stoned and literally don’t understand what people order and don’t even care about it.Food is always burnt and the dough isn’t ready inside, because they technically don’t understand the process of baking.

Ridiculously greasy and salty, inedible. Didn't seem very clean at all, maybe that's just mall food though.

Supposed to be open at 11am. It’s 11:30am and not open. What make it so bad the lady see I’m here and it’s 11am and she is have having a conversation with the janitor in Spanish. Asked the lady what time will they be open she’s don’t speak English and is waiting for someone to come and help her.

Very friendly workers. Then original pretzel I was handed was not well-salted, so I asked him to re-salt one side and he happily obliged. The freshly salted pretzel was delicious. My wife got pretzel bites — they weren’t as good.

Had a member of staff here follow me into the bathroom and stare at me through the stall gaps, The Lloyd center literally has bathrooms (plural from what security said) for staff at the mall. My partner who sat outside in the foodcourt where he was scoffed at, which didn't make sense until I mentioned the bathroom (which is frankly disgusting)I did not bother to buy from here or anyone else in the mall and proceeded to leave but decided to call security from the balcony before leaving

2 stars because delivery drivers should NOT have to wait in the long lines. Why is there not a separate area for pickups
