Why aren't these folks speaking English?
10/10, the one specifically located next to FootLocker is great. The chill guy worker with all the piercings was fantastic and deserves a FAT raise. He made me and friend's night. I love you 🫶
Much love, A & H💕
Best 10/10 experience at this Auntie Anne’s. I wanna shout out the Mexican guy with all the piercings. I love you so much <3 THANK YOU! You made me and my friends night. Cleared y’all out fr, and will continue to. Love, H & A
do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT order delivery from this location (or any others). They're simply too busy for online ordering and the physical location is inside the mall so have fun parking for a pick up.

Go to the one next to the book store. The one by Footlocker service is terrible. Long wait times and very rude workers.

The workers were clueless and incompetent. Every time I asked them the most basic question they just stood their dumbfounded looking at each other for answers. Who trains these people. I’ve had bad service before, but this was just pathetic. Food wasn’t terrible.

Hard bread
I'm going to tell you a true story. All truth no lies. I recently went to this location ad ordered some food that should have been good. Sadly it wasn't. I was standing in line and I over heard the cashier talking to the customer about how her day was going. The cashier kept forgetting stuff the customer had ordered and then proceeds to tell the lady that " she's a little slow and she just started her period 2 hours ago."Now as I order my food I notice she wasn't wearing gloves and she had pimples all over her face and her nails were dirty.. with that being said I paid for my dinner , a pizza pretzel, hot dog bites and a special cool drink. Is was like 20 dollars down the drain. I took one bite of my pizza pretzel and spit it out and threw up. Like how gross are you. Thats pretty nasty. Thats not what a customer wants to hear before she eats her dinner. The last three times I've been here the bread has been dry and old. Cold as well. Hard earned money down the drain.I love this place but when James is working. He's the manager. He a great team member and the food is fresh when he works. If he's not working keep walking. Sorry guys I won't be returning.
Staff was friendly and prompt and friendly!!
This is the Auntie Anne's on the second level. Friendly staff. Great pretzels
I went because I saw no line.
But the unprofessional staff had me wait to order anyway while many of them glanced at me or avoided acknowledging me entirely. No hairnets were to be seen, just filthy (probably stinky) hats or none at all. Sweaty people touching their hair and faces and then my food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. The pretzel was overcooked and dry, I did not finish it. The pretzel was way overpriced for the quality. The item I actually wanted, pretzel pieces, was not available and no employee had an answer for when they would be! As the employees barked at each other for that, I realized that tip culture is here, as the screen asked me to tip the employee that did a horrible job. The employee then, very loudly, said "please tip!" Its desperate and embarrassing to practically beg for extra money, a few cents at a time. I will not be going back for several reasons but that last bit was the end for me, what a sad turn off.
