OMG! This place makes incredible noodles! My partner and I have been missing out, thinking they don't offer vegan hand-pulled noodles, but they do! And now we are obsessed! We had the Pad See Ew and the stir-fried hand-pulled noodles with tofu/vegan (our favorite of the two, but both are amazing). The noodles are plush, yet chewy, and the sauces are out of this world. Wow I loved Ba Mee! The noodles were absolutely so fresh and chewy. I’m so glad I finally made it in. I want to try everything on the menu and will definitely be back. We had excellent service as well. A great alternative if you don’t want to wait for a seat down the street at eem.
