Their asada burrito is all I ever get because it’s all I’d ever need if I was trapped on a desert island and could only eat one thing. For starters, it’s huge. Like the size of my thigh. They do a great job balancing their high quality ingredients with a good ratio consistently, and their salsa is also well textured with just the right amount of zing. They’re nice, hard working, and 100% deserving of your support!

So good! Had the quesabirria, birria torta, and a quesadilla de picadillo and it was all so yummy and the prices are pretty unbeatable. The salsas are both pretty good and spicy. You can really tell it’s all made with love, definitely coming back

I was skeptical....another mexican food truck in Portland...THIS place though! The freshest mexican food I have tried in the city and I didnt get a food coma! The lady must have not been lying when she said they make the chicken there as you order. This will be my go-to.
This is the BEST burrito I have had in Portland in years! Carne asada was cooked perfectly, the cheese was amazing, and all the other fillings were delicious. Will return again and again.

You will not be disappointed with Baby Corn’s authentic comida Mexicana! Quesabirria is $5 for a surprisingly large size, stuffed with tasty carne y mucho queso! Make sure to ask for a side of consomé which is only $3 for well over a cup to share between at least 2-3 people! House made chips and beautiful guacamole to pair. Los frijoles remind me of home, mashed and seasoned to perfection. Ask for all the salsa! Gracias, Baby Corn! P.S. when they run out of horchata settle for their jugo de piña!🍍

Finally gave in and tried the baby corn taco truck before my sons football game they where very polite and waited patiently for us to make up our mind after changing it few times haha but got the food and it was really good my family is picky on the meat they eat and they loved everything we got so much we even went back after the game ended late it was raining and they even ran us the food so we didn't hslf to get out. Kids keep asking to go back they said it taste fresh and good just like when we are in mexico so I guess we found our new spot
