Came here for burger week 2025. We tried to open the door and it was locked? We could see people inside and had to wait until someone came out because you need to be buzzed in. A sign would have been appreciated. When we got in I went to up to the bar and asked are you all doing burger week? The bartenders actually laughed in my face and said “um yeah”. There was a pause and the vibe was very weird so I continued “um, are you doing that now”. Without making eye contact the bartender flatly said “yes. Thanks for asking.’ Eh?? Look I know maybe you all aren’t pumped about being a bar on burger week but you made us feel like we were unwelcome guests at a private wedding party. We left and went down the street to Social Spoon. The burgers were awesome and the staff were incredibly sweet.

While I was hesitant to go into this bar, I am glad I did. The food is really reasonable for the quality. The larger pours of wine are a little spendy for the area. But it's a hotel bar. Bradley is an amazing bartender. He really engages with his customers and has great interpersonal skills. He knows how to read his customers well.

The ambiance? The feeling of being inside a white-hot LED chandelier grows weary quickly. The lighting is terrible. The service? Be prepared for the edgy bartender to be on edge. Be kind, he does have yo work in the midst of an eye-piercing supernova. The drinks? I've had better wine out of a box than the $20 glass of Pinot Noir.

The weekend bartender is a very skilled mixologist. He shared his knowledge about the items on the bar freely and makes some amazing cocktails. Prices are not inexpensive but you are getting quality. I would come back here for the bar.

The BEST Jell-O shots in town, $4/piece, but the espresso one comes with a homemade whipped cream, and the old fashioned one is strong and comes with an orange twist

Came here for burger week with a friend and I have to say we had a really horrible experience. It took awhile to get someone to even acknowledge us. We ordered two burgers and I got a drink. We sat down and it was about 15 minutes until i got up and asked if i was going to get my drink. The guy looked at me rudely and said “ oh you did order a drink, didnt you?” I said yes and he still continued to serve two more people that came in after me. He then goes to the back and brings out our food. He even has the nerve to tell me my drink is at bar? I was furious at this point and then on top of all this my friends burger was nearly raw in the middle while my burger was burnt. I complained to the gentlemen that busted our table. I really can’t believe this kind of service is at such a good location downtown. I would be so embarrassed to serve that quality of a burger especially during an event like this. Will never recommend anyone to stay here while they are in town.
Had a burger from burger week. The "Return of the Mac" was very delicious!! The bartender was also very cool.

Staff was so nice!! Barely any pictures of food so we didn’t think they sold food but their menu is amazing. I had the steak sandwich which was very tender and my boyfriend had the burger. It was super delicious!! And once again the staff is so friendly!
