Quirky little hole in the wall with a la carte food options. The hot honey chicken sandwich was not very honey-y or hot. The spicy pineapple was delicious. The guy in the kitchen spilled my drink all over me and comped me deviled eggs and those were also good. The cocktails were very tasty.

FYI: Dogs are only allowed on the sidewalk by the street, not in the patio/backyard. Food and service are good.
I’m not sure if my friends and I came on an off night last night or what… we came in and were told there would be a wait outside but that they would get us seated inside until then and start our orders. We sat at a table inside for about 10 minutes waiting to order when to our surprise, they came over and said something outside had opened up! We sat outside for about 15 mins before someone came to take our orders. Our food trickled in one at a time after being there 45-60 mins and we did not receive our drinks until after the food, over an hour after we had gotten there. The “marinated” olives are just green olives with pits scooped into a bowl from a jar that probably costed half what I paid ($7) for a small scoop… and were not marinated in anything but olive juice. My friend ordered the $25 “steak” which was not warm, and was actually like 5 small slices of a steak laying in cold green salsa. My other friend got a Caesar Salad which was tiny and there was NO dressing on it. We received NO UTENSILS so my friend had to eat with his hands! To top it all off… we were overcharged by $20 and didn’t notice til after we left since we were in a hurry to make it to our next plans. They’re honestly lucky we even stopped at the bar to pay because we waited at the table forever for someone to bring us a check and again the service was non existent. The only saving grace was the deviled eggs and ciabatta, and not saving grace enough for me to ever come back.

We had an amazing dinner here! We ordered a variety of things and everything was delicious. It turned out the owner was serving our meal and she's delightful and spoiled us with a birthday pudding shot (omg how did I not know about this!) and whipped cream for our daughter. This is definitely a place we want to come back 💓

Danielle, owner of Backyard Social, was such an incredible help and host for our team event at this bar on a short timeline. Not only was she communicative, she was able to accommodate a few oddities for our group.
The food was delicious, location was perfect size, drinks were awesome (kudos to the surprise pirate cocktail!) and the staff were beyond exceptional. Our entire team (~30) had nothing but good things to say about the Backyard Social team, and we are so grateful to this crew for hosting us.
