Lame Service! Ordered 2 chicken dark meat with a side order of mac and cheese and waited 30 min. People behind us ordered chicken tenders and were severed under 5 min. After 30 min we gave up and went next door at Xin Ding Dumplong House and were actually treated well. If you can't serve and treat your guest as respectable customers.....you are in the wrong business! Note: Owner-you can hire better.

Moda Center Location: Ordered Coors on tap. Smelled and tasted like eggs. After two sips we threw away the entire thing. Beer that smells of eggs or sulfur is due to high levels of Hydrogen Sulfide. This means there could be a fermentation issue, storage issue, served incorrectly, is spoiled or has been contaminated. We did not feel safe drinking it and were concerned by the large amount of people drinking them. There’s the potential for it making people sick. Even if individuals don’t get sick, paying for an overpriced beer that tastes watered down and like eggs and then smelling everyone’s egg beer and egg burps is very unpleasant.

Got the classic traditional chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The chicken sandwich was as dry as the Sahara desert, they very stingy with the saucy only on about 1/4 of my sandwich. 2/5 stars for the sandwich defiently not worth $13! if it was actually juicy I'd give it a 4/5 stars... the only redeeming thing about this place is the waffle fries!!! 5/5 stars I've NEVER had a crispy waffle fry before and I'm obsessed they were absolutely fire! Ate those first and was so hyped for the sandwich and was very disappointed 😞 will defiently go back for the fries not the sandwich tho...

So apparently there is absolutely no way to contact you guys. We were having a party and needed to make a large order. We wanted to call in advance so we didn’t overwhelm you and also wanted to make sure you could handle the order. We tried calling the day before we needed the order all day long only to have no one answer the phone and also send several emails that were just ignored. We really like your chicken but your customer service is not great. Your loss I guess but our also.
I went in for chicken and waffles for like the third time and they say they are out even tho it’s 7 o clock on a Saturday. When they say only weekends . So then I ask for a chicken breast and mash potatoes and gravy and he says that he can’t do that? He was not helpful at all and maybe I needed a two piece chicken I don’t know? Horrible service and the dude with the stretched ear lobes needs to be fired. Don’t eat here

Found HAIR in the breading of our chicken! So disgusting! The guy working couldn’t figure out how to refund our money so we left the food and walked out. This place was dirty and in a gross part of town.

I ores two orders of chicken thigh and leg dinner, didn’t get one and Postmates won’t refund me for something I didn’t get. I’m putting a bad review on the restaurant because it’s there job to make sure my full order is in the bag.
