I used to love this place Soo much and recommend it to everyone. After COVID hit the prices skyrocketed which was expected but the quality went down at this location. I bought my usual and it's usually spicy but good spicy ? today it was just red and zero spice just salty. The fries tasted like old oil and mashed potatoes were decent. I love to get the lemonade slush as well that's my favorite! Today was a disappointment from this location I really do hope not all locations changed the spice level and quality, some of us Oregonians love spice please don't tone that down...

Disappointing. I was looking forward to this place with all the positive reviews, but I was severely disappointed. I’m from the south so I know I got higher standards, but dang… the breading on the chicken was so dry and flavorless. The ranch was weirdly sweet?! Not at all like any ranch I’ve ever had. Mac & Cheese was just straight up nasty. Didn’t have more than two bites of it. It was very dry and had weird stinky cheese in it. The only things I liked were the pickles and fries. The meat of the chicken itself was high quality and chunky.

I did a one day trip to Oregon and noticed all the rave about BAES so I had to check it out. Let me start my saying I did not have them fresh because we had to make our way back home. With that being said, the chicken sandwich was still good without having to heat it up. Im sure it would have been a whole look better fresh. The chicken tenders after reheating it in the airfryer was still juicy.Purchased each flavor cause why not. Didn't care too much for their sauce. Comeback sauce was good. The ranch seem like they put horseradish in it which I'm not a fan off. And the spicy peach sauce was just a no.Check the place out if you're in the area.

Some of the best fried chicken I have had. They use an excellent blend of spices and seasoning in the breading of the chicken. It gives it a little heat but nothing that a person can't handle. The breading is relatively thin so you get a lot of chicken (bone-out) with each strip. We also got the fried chicken sandwich with the Nashville hot seasoning added. It was delicious. We did get a side of waffle fries and Mac & cheese. Both were delicious with great seasoning. The Mac was especially good, not too cheesy with a bit of spice to cut through the richness. I highly recommend coming here.

GREAT FRIED CHICKEN. But you gotta bring your own BBQ sauce (they don’t have it) and you gotta swing by Popeyes on the way and bring a side of Gravy (they don’t have traditional gravy at Bae’s just some hipster mushroom sauce). It’s kinda crazy that they don’t do BBQ sauce and they don’t have turkey gravy. Hopefully they’ll figure that part out soon. But damn, the fried chicken part they got right.

So I was on the area with a friend, and we were looking for a late-night place to sit down and grab a bite.Lo and behold, a fried chicken joint! And boy, it was good. The quintessential place for a beer and a (chicken) burger, BAES is great for a quick meal or a proper dinner with friends. Most seating is outdoors, although there is indoor seating as well. The chicken sandwich is top notch, and I can order it with my eyes closed.

Excellent place to eat and the chicken is amazing. Price is reasonable. Great environment to sit inside and outside. Their cheese sauce is amazing as well as their corn and the Mac & Cheese is to die for. Very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Used to be my fave split chicken breast …So disappointed … They just stopped selling it.2 stars b/c That move hurt my feelings!now you can only enjoy the breast if you buy a half bird??No love for us only eating for 1 - in a house of vegans. And No love for those ordering an extra piece for your friend’s kids. And no love for ppl sharing a meal that don’t want to argue over who gets the big piece. So disappointed

I’m not sure why they took the two piece meals off the menu, and the ability to order pieces of chicken separately? So we just had to totally over order food. The woman working said it’s because the cost of chicken is up? That makes no sense. If the price of chicken is up, how about raise the price? I eat here all the time, and the other thing that is frustrating is portion sizes - they vary widely.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m from the south or what but this place is not it. I just feel like if you advertise big pieces of chicken your chicken breast shouldn’t be smaller than a ramekin that held sliced pickles. And so dry. Like inedible dry. The chicken leg was fine but so so salty. Garlic potatoes with gravy? Interesting choice. Not so great. The Mac & cheese was flavorless. The coleslaw was fine. The pickles are actually really good. I probably wouldn’t even take the time to review it if I hadn’t been looking forward to it for a while, drove 20 mins to eat it and then paid $59. It just was disappointing for me. ??

My order accurately: 2/10My wait time:enough for a napThey couldn’t find the order “Nick”. Little did they know, they gave my order away to the guy in front of me. They made my order a second time and it was incorrect! Thus, rating this a 1/5 considering my order wasn’t correct and I’m too tired to take it back to my house. Otherwise if I had a bit more energy, I could take it back…. and take a nap while they make it. Spent $45 for 3 people ?

Simple menu. Chicken and sides. I had Mac and cheese … yum! And collard greens. Perfect! The chicken was tender and juicy with a crispy tasty outer coating. I got the traditional.

Pretty disappointed. I was craving chicken tenders and while the portions are huge the chicken was super dry and tough. Not seasoned well. Half of the waffle fries were too over cooked to eat. I ordered honey mustard sauce and the comeback sauce thinking honey mustard was a safe bet. Both were spicy which isn't my thing. Overall I'm pretty bummed, burgerville chicken strips and fries are better and half the price.

Had high hopes, but I’ll echo what another reviewer said: the chicken was dried out and the waffle fries were tough and kinda stale. The ranch is oddly sweet in a really off putting way, but I did enjoy the honey mustard which was lighter on the mustard.

Love their fried chicken here. The hot sandwiches are tasty. If you can’t handle the spice though be careful of the “hot” chicken. The portions are massive. Also love their waffle fries.
