Their quality has really gone downhill. I ordered a lox bagel and it was the worst lox I have ever had. It tasted like that fake liquid smoke flavor. My friend ordered an egg sandwich and the eggs were microwaved, cheese was cold and there was one white unripe tomato on it.
The bagels were passable but not great, I wouldn't order any kind of sandwich from here. Just get a bagel and make it myself from now on.
