I am speaking out on tips, because I get when you have a server, serving you. Tips should be generous to level of service. But, the pick up when your order for a family..... and your looking at a $60+ ticket is...... crazy in today's economy. Baja Fresh makes enough money to pay their employees higher wages instead of giving the customer that uncomfortable ticket to sign right in from to of them. I don't agree with this. When people are just trying to be able to afford to eat and feed their families.

I was very surprised at how good this fast food joint was. I got a gift card from work and came to try it. I had the nacho Burrito and my hubby had the red enchiladas. The "red sauce" was on point and my burrito was big enough to eat half now, and have the other as a midnight snack! ? yummy. I'll be back.

The food was good, a bit too crunchy with the taquitos. The large downside is that you cannot dine in, the chairs are blocked off for some reason. They offer no explanation

I walked into a very smoky restaurant, I asked the cashier if he could tell how bad it was and he said yes he did and that's just from the food. No doors were opened to air out, just smoke. I ordered and waited after I got my salsa and drink. Not until after I got my food order did the cashier open the doors. If it weren't for the light food options on the menu this close to my home I would go elsewhere.

This place was horrible to us. Our car had a flat on I5. We limped n the the parking lot to assess the damage. The fix a flat kit could not repair the hole. So while waiting for the tow truck at 830 PM we asked to use the restroom we were told we needed to buy something. WTH? We will never patronize any BF ever again.

Food is excellent. My complaint, as it is with so many places these days, lies in the customer service. Please. Thank you. Have a good day. Be pleasant. Smile. That's not my job as the customer but if I didn't do it, no one at Baja fresh was going to.When I walked in the main cashier was sitting at a booth. He made an audible groan when I walked in. He was not pleasant, he made me feel as if I had interrupted whatever else he had going on. He did not smile, he did not say thank you, he did not wish me well or put any energy into our interaction. He did not make me feel welcome. He was rude. The food was great but lots of places have great food. I will not be back because he didn't seem to want me there in the first place. All it takes is a little effort but it's too much for this place and so many others...
