My favorite burrito restaurant since college! The food is always fresh and high quality. I feel good and healthy after eating there! The facility is clean and well maintained. I make a point to reroute my road trips to include a Baja Fresh stop since there aren't any restaurants in my area. Sooo good!

They live up to their name! The food is fresh and delicious! And I love the salsa bar! It's just too bright and not decorated like a Mexican restaurant. More Mexican ambience please ?Dietary restrictions: Great for non dairy options!

The way food ALL FOOD SHOULD BE made!Fresh!The atmosphere isn't too special, but nice and clean.The food is fresh and healthy. Like all food should be.The service is good. Nothing too fancy or exceptional, but solid.Most modern restaurants have moved too far from fresh and healthy and whole food. ?I appreciate this restaurant so much. Thanks for taking me back in time to what food was like and is supposed to be like.The only thing missing is an old loving Hispanic grandma in the kitchen who won't compromise on feeding her family the best, with love.

Avoid for health / food practice reasons. Other reviews have similar experiences. I normally love Baja but stay away from this location!All my food was spoiled or terrible. I ordered chips and salsa - the salsa was fermented and was bubbly with acid. The container had even swelled up and 'exploded' when I opened. Clearly it was pre-packaged and they didn't labor label expiration dates.The fajitas I ordered came with only 4 small pinky size strips of strips of steak, which is a fraction of what other locations have always served. Disappointing but what was worse, the food tasted like it was 3 days old and microwaved. The steak was chewy and bland. The rice was soggy and crunchy at the same time. Veggies were very bland. Guacamole was brown / yellow / green.Not fresh at all and I was unable to eat any of it.Tried calling the store to get replacement or refund on my way home. No response.Avoid this location.

The staff was pleasant, and the establishment appeared to be clean. As for my 1 star rating, these are the following issues, both our meals were ice cold the beans, and rice, are sadly not only cold, but even after adding salt and pepper the taste is still resembling a piece of cardboard, and the pork carnitas had a smell and taste of it being spoiled,or, soured I couldn’t take a second bite that’s how bad it was. We had tortillas soup, which was lukewarm at best, and less than desirable, but what really hurt was paying over $6.+ for less than a 1-8oz cup of soup. Our 3 items totaled $32.00+a tip, and I picked this order up myself.I can not express enough my disappointment with this meal I will not be making anymore visits to Baja Fresh this was my last visit. I say all this in the hopes that Baja Fresh will take better pride in what they are putting out there for the average consumer who expects to have at the very least a tasty and at best a warm meal for &32.00

I haven't been to Baja in a while and now I remember why. I decided to order the new steak poblano burrito which is supposed to be poblano peppers, steak, mixed cheese, poblano sauce, avocado slices and pico de gallo wrapped in a flour tortilla. Sounds delicious? What I got was a flour tortilla filled with rice, cheese and black beans. There were several chunks of steak of which four where nothing more than gristle. There was no pico de gallo, avocado, or poblano sauce. The burrito was dry and lacked flavor. The peppers were limp and tasteless. Eat at your own risk.

I've gotten multiple burritos here that taste faintly of an ashtray. Other than that no issues with this location but I've never had that experience at any other Baja fresh locations
