Went to the 4 Days of Aloha. We expected overpriced plate lunches but what the heck is this???
They called it a Loco Moco. It looks like something from the prison movies.
One Tiny hamburger patty, flavorless brown gravy with few pieces of onions and chopped scrambled eggs, 1 small scoop of rice and a small scoop of mac salad for $18. And $4 for a can of Hawaiian Sun 🤣
I understand you got to make a profit and perhaps food safety prevents you from an over easy egg, but $22 with a can of juice for these? You have got to do better.

Huge portions of authentic Hawaiian comfort food. We ate for 3 days on leftovers we took home. Great macaroni salad.

Really good shoyu chicken, nice staff and big portions. I'll be back if I am in the area.

Wonderful birthday meal that my kids treated me to. Love this place. Highly recommend the Kehei ribs. The leftovers were just as good the next day!

I chose to come here for my birthday with my family. It wasn’t quite like I remembered. The food was good but the atmosphere and service was lacking. It didn’t appear busy but the server seemed distracted and not efficient causing extra time from taking our order to delivering the check. She missed charging us for beers but when but acknowledged it to her to fix the bill. The server was nice. The atmosphere in the front seating area is awful as they have cool lightbulbs making it look grey and unappealing. I hope to be back again to enjoy what I used to enjoy.

Such a disappointing experience. We’ve been here plenty times before and the service and food have reminded us of our years living on the island. We brought our family from Australia here this evening and the staff working were beyond disengaging and truly just outright rude. Food was terribly sweet. No one checked in on us after serving and seemed more interested in wrapping up the evening. Mind you it was 6:30pm. Can’t say I’ll be back or recommend.

Generous portions for the Large plates. We got 2 to share among the 4 of us (2 kids and 2 adults) and had a bit left to take home for my lunch the next day. The food tasted pretty good and the service was great.
