Meh. Overpriced. Tiny rolls/nigiri. Avocado on my roll was brown. I've tried them more than, once. Gave them a fair chance. There are MUCH better options for sushi in this town.

Food was excellent, and there were plenty of vegan choices. We ordered the Veggie Tempura, Green Machine sushi, and Crispy Garlic Tofu.
Shoutout to the bartender for saving us! Two staff members told us there were only 2 vegan options. The bartender overheard and let us know there were 5 or 6. If staff seem unsure about vegan choices, ask the bartender.

1st time , my wife always wanted to take me here. Celebrated my birthday. It was a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was wonderful. After a long day of hiking we didn’t feel like going out so we asked some locals where the best sushi was and they suggested Bamboo Sushi, it happened to be a place I found online when researching our trip to Portland months ago. We bought five rolls, and they were amazing.

Bamboo Sushi is outstanding! The albacore nigiri was melt-in-your-mouth perfection and the tiradito was bright, fresh, and full of flavor. Our server Ellie was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. The atmosphere is sleek and welcoming, and the service matched the quality of the food. A perfect spot for sushi lovers — highly recommend!

AMAZING! I’ve been coming here for the past 7 years and have had nothing but great food and great service!! Today sadly was going to be our last time coming here since we are moving out of state🥺 BUT our waitress went above and beyond for us during our visit and we couldn’t have had a better time! I’ve had so many memories here shared with amazing people!🩷🩷
I love this place because while I love sushi not everyone wants to eat raw fish so they have Vegan options and cater to food specific allergies! 1000/10 will always recommend to everyone!

Club bamboo sushi, and I will definitely eat there again!
The service tonight was impeccable! The flow the team has down is perfection. We shared plates and the timing was flawless. They're so good at bringing food out just as you're finishing up what's in front of you. Dirty dishes never sat on the table longer than 60 seconds and our water supply never ran dry. The level of attentiveness without coming off as annoying or disruptive needs to be studied. Obviously all of the food was incredible too but I was extremely blown away by the service. I will definitely be coming back to this location. The only flaw was that their air conditioning could be a little stronger so that's why atmosphere got four out of five.

One of, if not the best, sushi spots in the area. Service is always great, cocktails are tasty, and of course the sushi is incredible. Green machine: 10/10 the cilantro sweet chili sauce is otherworldly. I dream about it. Put it in a cup and I’ll drink it. Albacore crispy onion: 10/10 the yuzu with the crispy onions and the garlic aioli on that beautiful albacore tuna? I hope this never leaves the menu because WOW Hoki poki box: 10/10 this makes me feel like I’m on a beach in Hawaii. It’s perfect. Rivers and streams: 10/10 loved the combination of flavors on this one. So so so good! They never miss and I’m a fan for life. Please do yourself a favor and eat here. I definitely recommend making a reservation!
