We had both of the vegan banh mis and they were great. There’s a nice little outdoor seating area and the servers were nice. I wish they would just be all vegan because I doubt anyone would feel slighted by the vegan options

We ordered the Vegan Roasted Pork Belly Garlic Noodles to share. They offered an extra plate. I assumed they would give us an extra empty plate, but they divided the meal for us. The noodles were served with mixed spring greens and sauce. The sauce seemed intended for the noodles even though they were already oily, which left the greens dry. The pork belly was both soft and crispy. Overall, I enjoyed the dish, and there was enough food for the two of us.

They get busy fast, but that’s understandable because the food is amazing! The service was also excellent. I visited late at night, and despite the 20-minute wait due to how backed up they were, they offered me free drinks while I waited inside. The food was absolutely delicious! I tried their vegan options, and they were fantastic. If I lived nearby, I’d come here all the time, but I’ll definitely visit again whenever I get the chance!

The vegan pork belly is the best vegan meat I've ever had. Banh mi baguette is excellent, ingredients fresh and tasty, and filled generously.

The food was delicious, but the girl working at the cash register was rude and hostile. She acted like doing her job was such an inconvenience and made the experience quite unpleasant.

I doordashed the beef stew pho. I rarely give ratings, but this is probably the best pho I’ve ever had. They give a generous portion, the ingredients are extremely fresh and flavorful, the beef is tender and juicy. I also ordered the lychee mojito and it’s refreshing and tart. Very good. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

Get the dippable bahn mi. So so good.

The broth of the pho is great. The portion of their soup is spot on and I appreciate they didn't skip on the condiments. However, I have an issue with the meat. I totally understand wanting to stand out amongst the plethora of pho shops in Portland, but it's puzzling to me why they would include thick (by pho standards) chunks of beef into the mix. If I wanted a steak, I'd have grilled it myself. I want the meat to be complimentary in my pho--hence the reason most places thinly slice brisket. At the very least, you guys need to offer an option to skip the chunks of steak and allow customers to have thin slices of meat.

Nice to find such a delish vegan spot in St Johns. Ordered the braised Ota tofu banh mi & the vegan pork belly banh mi; we split them so we could taste them both. Each came w a side of crunchy Vietnamese coleslaw. We ate everything!!! So satisfying…

Delicious chicken katsu banh mi (I liked the thick cut veggies people seem to have a problem with) and addictive shrimp crackers. Pickled plum boba was weird and good!

Two of us got the banh mi with vegan pork belly. The service was extremely slow. On a not very busy day, it took them 25 minutes to bring out two sandwiches. When sandwiches arrived, the pickled vegetables were much larger than expected. They were not the small pieces you usually get, but about a quarter of an inch across. The pork belly had a crispy top which turned out to be very greasy fried bread. The rest of it was okay. Overall a disappointing experience and we won't be back.

Legit waited 30 minutes to dine in and watched them crank out online orders the entire time while we waited for our in house food. 30 minutes for 1 bun and 2 banh mi. Some people who ordered online had been waiting 15+ minutes while we arrived. Not until I asked: how much longer? is when our food finally came out. feel bad for the counter people. They are very clearly overwhelmed and short staffed. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you plan on sleeping outside the night before just to make it in line.

They lost our ticket, so ended up waiting a long time to get our food. Ube coffee was really tasty. Garlic noodles were delicious. Golden Bao was weird and not very enjoyable.

What a great place. The food is fantastic! Absolutely the best vegan egg rolls I've had in Portland (so far). Just flavor bomb explosions in my mouth. I could just eat a whole tray of those ? Had the vegan pork belly and tofu banh mi's. Wow, also the best banh mi I've had in Portland! (so far) Perfectly pickled daikon and carrots, the perfect crispy, flakey baguette ughh ? I just want ro relive thise bites all over again. Great staff and plenty of outdoor seating.
