Just tried their cafe location in Inner NE. The wonton soup was so good. The broth was light and subtle and the wontons packed so much savory flavor. Also ordered the veggie buns (mushroom and spicy tofu). Just the right amount of filling and also very flavorful. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

I am so happy I didn’t decide on Killer Burger. Don’t get me wrong- KB is the bomb. But WOW, bao bao didn’t disappoint! I felt so comforted by the wonton soup and buns. The food melts in your mouth and makes you forget you’re at work. Definitely a must! I know there’s a lot of food carts next to bao that look and smell delicious but trust me... keep walking and eat at Bao!!!

My favorite cart in town. Always fast service and warm, delicious baos. Their hot oil is to die for too! I'd like to see the selection expanded in the future as they only have four baos in their permanent menu. Get one of each however and you'll leave happy, guaranteed.

Trash place.. waited for half an hour for them to make new batch and they told me that they were sold out even tho I was waiting there since the beginning.. strongly not recommended. The only bad Portland experience was from there. Lame
Wonton Soup is AMAZING. Pork Bun is delicious as the Curry Chicken is not so much.

Came to this kart on a food kart tour and it was far and away the best food we ate. We came back a few times while we were in Portland because it was so good. If you are ever in the area make sure you try the pork bao and home made chilli oil. We were told on our tour that these guys were opening a brick and mortar soon. Next time we come back to Portland we will be checking it out for sure!
