Great service and really tasty food. There’s a nice fire pit seating area and the staff will bring the food to you. Affordable prices and they’ll give you restaurant plates and silverware. Fancy food cart!

I purchased their food once at a pop-up in downtown Portland. This was my first visit to their actual food truck location. Their menu items were different as well as the taste of the food I purchased.
The food was seasoned, but not flavorful. All I experience was more of a saline, (salt) taste, the food lacked herbs and/or seasoning that would give it a more in-depth flavor. The broth from the Bistek noodle soup was one note and if anybody has ever had a fantastic broth, you know that it would evoke layers of flavor and none of the purchase items I had did that.

The people there were very kind and I wish them the best of luck, but I would not recommend.

First time coming here! Very great tasting food! So happy to experience some Filipino dishes while out in Portland! Very interesting concept having to be a food truck!

We were really looking forward to this after a long day of hiking and it was so bad that even at our hungriest we couldn’t eat it.

I'm honestly ashamed that I'd never had Filipino food before trying Baon, but I'm so grateful to have been introduced to this amazing food thru Baon. They are doing great things. They have great vegan options. The Pancit noodles are insanely delicious. I have to get them atleast once a week and I cannot stress this enough: THEY MAKE THEIR OWN NOODLES IN HOUSE!!!! Like. I'm shook. Do you know how tedious and difficult it is to make noodles? And to make them consistently perfect every time? I can't wrap my mind around it. And they make a calamansi soda in house that is awesome. I didn't even know what a calamansi was until I went to Baon, now it's one of my favorite fruits. Owners are the kindest people ever. I love this place!

was able to try this while i was in portland last week. i only had the palabok, good portion and decent price. right amount of sauce and lots of protein - il try the other stuff when i get back to portland. but def worth to try out... the ube binbinka was also good, not too strong of ube flavor. - it was a bit hot so I ddnt stay in the pod -

The Tosilog was excellent! Nice fried egg, pork belly was juicy and full of flavor. The sliced fresh tomatoes and onions gave it a nice balance.
