I absolutely love this place! Any time they have the biscuits and gravy special I order brunch every Sunday it’s available! My family loves the tosilog and honestly you can order anything and I guarantee it’ll be delicious. The staff are so friendly and I just love this place! Can’t recommend it more!!

Ethan and Geri really know how to roll out the welcome mat and the chicken adobo was phenomenal, but if you get lucky hit their brunch menu. The fried eggplant is my favorite by far!

Tosilog $13.00"Roasted pork shoulder & belly in a sweet, garlicky glaze with garlic rice, two eggs fried in butter, and kamatis (tomato and onions with fish sauce). Contains soy and dairy." I liked it! Calamansi Soda - really refreshing and tasty on a hot day. It tastes similar to orangina, but better$3.00 Calamansi is a Filipino citrus.Service - quick, great!Ambiance - went on mother's day. There are picnic tables with some areas for shade. Next door is a taco cart and Matta Vietnamese fusion food cart. Walking distance from convention center

Came here on a family dinner. Easy to order, very clean location.Customer service was friendly and chill.I ordered the signature Chicken Adobo over rice. The chicken was grilled and braised in a soy-vinegar broth. The meat was tender and fell off the bone. The chef is obviously very well trained and takes his craft seriously. My wife ordered the Vegan sisig. It was the first time she tried calamansi, and she loved her dish. Very flavorful and very beautifully presented. My two year old daughter loved their garlic rice (with the adobo sauce). We got to also sample their rice cake/ube dessert. It was very nice way to end the meal. Not many food carts can do both entree and dessert; very impressive.Overall, it was a great experience. Filipino comfort food done at a high level. Look forward to coming back again, next time probably for their brunch. Dying to try the pork belly with fried egg combo.

Visited this cart for the first time earlier this week for lunch. The service was friendly and the chicken adobo was unlike anything I’ve ever had before. Great depth of flavor and had me wanting more after I was done. Can’t wait to go back and try the other items!

Had the seafood noodle-gravy dish. Just WOW.Was it lemon? Tamarind? I don't know. But it was creamy and zingy.Comforting and unique - a rare blend in Portland.

Got the adobo, the palabok, and some lumpia. Only regret was just getting 3 lumpia.

I had the chicken adobo and the ube bibingka. The chicken adobo was just okay. Hard to justify the price because of the taste and the portion size. But, the ube bibingka was just perfect. It has an initial sweetness but stops being too sweet at the right amount. It also has a texture between regular cake and ricecakes that was just too good. I also don't like coconut but it somehow made the bibingka better. I thought it was going to be low key good but it was the best thing I ate in Portland.

--- brunch ---Arroz caldo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- liked the tanginess- love the bok choy- the egg was perfectly jammy and soft boiled- needed the lemon for mePork belly tosilog ⭐⭐⭐⭐- adored the pork belly- the dish as a whole was a little too heavy for me and wish it had more flavors or maybe sauce- had to add Sriracha to it to enjoy the rice- didn't like how salty the pork belly wasLumpia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- it's absolutely perfect- good size too- great sauce - sweet and spicy- potentially my favorite lumpia in Portland
