The stylish patio creates a vacation-like atmosphere, and the fresh, delicious food completes the well-thought-out space. The atmosphere makes guests feel like they’re somewhere far from Portland. The food, especially the chicken tinga, is flavorful and highly praised. The drinks are as Instagrammable as the decor, with creative cocktails that match the trendy vibe and lively crowd. While service is solid, some find the prices a bit high. Parking may be a challenge, but it remains a popular spot to meet friends, enjoy good food and drinks, and dance. It's a great place for a brunch with your girls, take pretty pictures and what not. Bar Cala is a very cute and trendy place to check out with friends. Nice environment with great cocktail menu offering zero proof and traditional drink options. The outdoor patio is vibrant and the indoor space is equally cozy, entertaining and fun! It offers a tropical vibe for the rainy and beautiful city of Portland. The brunch drag show was a blast.
