on Saturday August 2nd I experienced lackadaisical bar service and therefore decided to not add a tip after ordering a to go meal. I then watched the server become visibly pissed off after seeing that I didn’t add a tip. She looked like the kind of person who would have spit in my food if she knew about the lack of tip beforehand.
They make good food but they’re ridiculously entitled while having zero hospitality skills. This is Portland.

The red headed bartender only becomes not miserable for one second if she likes the amount that you tip her. The food is really good, the atmosphere is nice, but the crowd is weird.

The mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers here are really great. I might've just been drunk, but it's my favorite in the vicinity. This is a great place to play pool too if you can grab a table.

I'm 59, female, and the cold pilsner beer hit the spot on a stormy day. Casual, comfy atmosphere. Bring a charging cord as there's ports at the bar to charge electronic devices. This was huge for us. A couple pool table so bring your que.

I was served at Christmas Eve, and the Bartender & Fry Cook were extremely nice and friendly, on the TV was Gremlins and I already knew it was a solid night, I gotta work there at some point.

Came in for one more drink after the game at the Moda center as I live just a few blocks away. Had never been before. Good vibes, quiet, strong drinks, nice bartender. Will return :).

Been here a number of times and it's always solid. Beer selection is reliably good, not too expensive and you're not forced to choose from shades of IPA. I was really impressed by the veggie burger, which didn't have the dryness or graininess you get with a lot of veggie patties (the cheddar maybe did a lot of the work here, but doesn't it always?). I also accidentally had a couple bites of the fried chicken sandwich and it deserves whatever accolades people are giving it.
Vegetarian options: Their veggie burger (not imitation meat patty) is great, and available as vegan

Stopped in for beer. Lots of pinball, good vibe. Smoking area outside back was packed, didn't realize that it was dedicated for smokers but that was my bad. Bartender was friendly and beer was good. Will return.
