Delicious frozen coffee drinks! New remodel is super cute too!

The first day they opened, I seen the lady dipping cones before going in. I requested a dipped cone, she said there were none. When I left with a regular cone, she proceeded to then put dipped cones on display. The portions were small, and she was short/rude from the start. Hopefully the remodel comes with a new attitude for the staff.

I went over here Sunday afternoon with my one year son and my sister. We got three different ice creams. The cashier was somewhat nice until I paid for my ice cream. I went outside to pick up my other food at the taco truck next-door.and then I noticed my son’s ice cream the very mango had a piece of hair in there. I literally let my son take one bite off that and then I noticed that there was a piece of hair in there. I went back in with that ice cream. I let the lady know that there was a piece of hair in my ice cream and that I would like a different scoop. I even asked nicely. She said well I can’t do nothing about that. I was a bit taken back because I told her that there was a piece of hair in there and I’m African my head was also covered I don’t have no straight hair. It was straight hair inside the ice cream. It was inside the ice cream. She refused to believe me she thought I plotted it in there, and I literally just walked out of the store and walked back in so for her to think that I planted that in there was just ridiculous and bad customer service She refused to give me a different ice cream. She told me to take it up with her manager and that she’s about to leave her shift so she literally had no care to help out me out. I felt like she was discriminating me and also not really caring about her customers. I believe her name is Craig.…

the Lady was very rude and also rushed me the entire time. The kid she was working with was very nice. Too bad he wasn't the one who helped me because my review would be the opposite.

Just left from getting nice cream with my two boys, 9yrs and 1yrs old. I asked if they had a high chair which they did not. I was kinda shocked by this response as you would think they would have them since I can imagine that alot of families come here and would be very helpful so there's a place for toddlers and babies to sit. Doesn't make it very kid friendly

I called because my drink was the wrong drink so the employee at the store kept saying I don't know what to do then she finally said she was going to call the owner I'm on the phone she's talking to the owner and she's saying I don't know why she is calling first of all they are very unprofessional and the owner you would think would care about s customer but he did not I will never come to Baskin Robbins again they charge an arm and a leg and they provide no customer service they are all about the money not about the customer .

Rude staff , my group was 5 including 3kids, both lady’s were very mad because my friend ask for extra topping on his ice cream , no helpful at all to their jobs ,I felt like it was my fault they got a little busy.the other lady made eye contact with me and never ask my questions about the ice cream , she just gave me a death stare. Definitely bad and extremely rude service
