No greeting, stood for awhile before acknowledged. Then cashier kept fussing with the tip jar no so subtle. Cappacuino blast was flavorless, very disappointing.

I drove for about an hour and my order was placed an hour ago, but when I arrived they told me that the order was not ready yet!!

There were three people working tonight. Reese, Jonah and a third person with red hair that I did not get the name of. He was working diligently to close the place for the night as I got there 6 minutes before close. Reese was genuine and friendly while sweeping the lobby floor. She was happy to hold a conversation with me while staying on task which I appreciated! Jonah made my custom beverage and due to a misunderstanding I asked for my order to be remade. Without hesitation he agreed and after clarification I was presented with a thoughtfully prepared, delicious blend of ice cream and coffee. I apologized for the late order and thanked the closing team again. The 3 of them seemed to know their jobs and were seasoned employees. Whomever is responsible for these 3 employees should be proud of their team! Great experience - thank you.

Last two cakes had hair in them... I told them about it they said nothing they could do without having a pic or the hair... Are you kidding me? So gross and very poor service. Horrible!

Wow! When did you start the mini scoops? Four cones all with tiny half scoops with nothing in the cones. 3/5/24 So many Ice cream options out there. The kids were disappointed.

Nice little shop, in a cute neighborhood. Staff were friendly and quite patient with my indecisive little one. We've been to this location a few times, and have always had a pleasant experience.

Excellent staff, very friendly and efficient.However, we had the worst milkshakes in the known galaxy. I ordered 2 because I thought I made some kind of mistake on the first one. After tossing it, I went back, ordered a 2nd and immediately tossed it in the trash. It had decent consistency but awful flavor. Way too much milk. My lady tossed hers after drinking less than a third. 3 milkshakes, 6 thumbs down. Steakadelphia makes amazing shakes, please try them instead.

Chill and welcoming environment for me and my child to enjoy some ice cream while looking out the window
